I have a estemate, I also have documentation from Storage Unit Owners on how they have a waiting list for a unit from surrounding towns.

Secondly, Survey the and get document3ed on the Deed at the Assessors Office
Thirdly, Shoot the Grade and layout the Variance's.
Forthly, Prep the land and work it to desired grade 1% slope for run off, then set your forms for pads for units.
Fifthly, purchase your building materials and Start your "Erection"
going West to East, as units are installed and ready for ocupents/renters, Rent them Out! as we continue our building of units as revenue builds up to reinvest in the land.
but this is all Kneel and Void if the zoning does not get approved!!! The Woodshop will still be a GO on the zoning it rests on now...
I've got local taxpayers interested in joining a working group to hold this city accountable for their infractions on zoning here and I'll start my FOAS on the City Financing next. There are many wondering what happened to the $4.7 millinoin dollar grant from IDNR years back to build up the lake lot for recreational and hunting? they are also interested in the funds from COVID Releife for the City?
It's going to get interesting in this Little Town!!!
