I never read it in a book..
I never saw it on a show..
But I heard it in the alley..
On a weird radio.
If you want a drink of water..
You got to get it from a well.
If you want to get to heaven..
You got to raise a little hell.

Went to the dog park, too. Had Chik-fil-A for lunch.

Had to call off work tonight. Came home this morning with no voice and a slight fever. Took ibuprofen and went to bed. Woke up freezing cold despite 4 heavy blankets and checked temp again now 102 coughy, snotty, achy.

Nyquil coma for a few days and I'll be good to go.

You're not anywhere near East Palestine, Ohio, are you? I certainly hope not. Looks like that place is a downright environmental disaster thanks to our gov't.

Just slept 12 hours. Feeling even worse now. Wife says I need to shovel driveway. I said no, so gonna get nagged about that or she's gonna call a landscape guy and pay $100. I can't move. When I do move I can't breathe

It'll warm up tomorrow and go away

Started he day at 45 then up to 54 and hitting 24 at midnite. Rain, fog a couple of flashes of sunlight and snow flurries with pretty strong winds this afternoon. Speculation of some residue from Ohio reported on cars in some places.

Think I just experienced a little schadenfreude at Tony's expense. He can get even with me in August.

Congrats spey

I woke up feeling better. Not great but not coughing and no fever anymore. Asked wife if she was ready to go to camper show. She said I can go alone but she and boy are not coming with.

Guess I'll just do another nyquil coma day. back to work tomorrow. Had to pull some favors to get today off for the camper show so now I have to work an extra 2 days for nothing. Bought the tickets early to save $5 too.

Beautiful, low humidity, 69/57 today.
Daughter's boyfriend of years called me yesterday to ask for my blessing to ask for my blessing to marry her. A few hours later she had a ring on her finger!
