So, my Special meeting on our rezoning didn't start off so well... but what I gave them to put on record and began to read of infractions directly related to my situation and then went into other infractions this appointed Zoning Zar had done over a course of going on 25 years. I gave copy to the city clerk at the meeting and the fact the entire "Open Meeting was going to be recorded and go viral. and the next morning I put this on my FB Group page in which has 400+ local tax paying citizens who joined up 3 years ago because the two school principals were caught doing the nasty in a classroom after hours. So the man who recorded our meeting also recorded the School board meeting for these parents and tax payers of the City including Alderman and their wives. at first they told him he had to shut his recording off, and I'd already briefed him on the Illinois Open Meetings Act. So he told them to look it up! Long story short they decided, my rezoning issue would have to be continued to the regular Monthly city council meeting in March because the council had to do some research into this and make their final decision on our rezoning at this meeting. So two alderman read these infractions that has been going on for years by this one Zoning Zar and older Council members and outside on the sidewalk they came up and decided theu would work with me? So I came home, couldn't sleep as many of many other nights from this BS... so I dropped this on my Group Page...

SO I sent this to another man who lost in local Hillbilly court fighting this city on his property for 12 years and two local good old boy attorneys from said County Courthouse. Lost every time. and I also sent these same texts to the new Journalist editor to our local weekly paper who I knew from 1980 when I came to this town. both these men will be available to join me in this closed door meeting on Thursday or Friday?
SO then one of the Alderman show up at my door (he's my cousin) and asking if I had a copy of the city's "land use plan" He stopped by to feel me out and So I showed him the actual Zoning boards violation where they did a "TAKEN on my wife and I on a business transaction with a wealthy man who came to this town Inquiring about vacant lots and the LIES surrounding this infraction and the notice put in the paper. but NO Notice sent to myself and 16 other property owners who did not receive a notice of this zoning change because this Zoning Zar and City Council tried to slide one through.
I lost $55,000 on this transaction! and then you and council knew this rezone Ordinance did not go through as planned. but held this information from my wife and I for two years on us trying to be rezoned... NO Man, Woman Or Child should be jacked around like this and its been common practice here in this City!!!

He Says, the City Attorney doesn't want to get involved in this train wreck... I said He's going to Half Too!!!! You all treated us like second class citicens and not one Alderman would step up and work with us. instead the Mrs and I were Ticked by Your Chief of Police at 9:38 at night in our own back yard for Disorderly Conduct in having bon fire. that cost us attorney fees and we were well inside the 11:30 Noise Abatement Ordinance on books from this city. but to rub it in when Your Chief of Police came down to our house 3 days later to discuss this "Criminal Trespass Warning he issued us just the week before at 7:00 am in the morning for digging on the neighbors property and walking across their yard (Not One No Trespassing sign posted) he kept dogging me about us having a court date with a **** eating grin on his face! over and over he kept saying well you've got a court date (Speaking of his Tickets for Disorderly Conduct) again treating the wife and I like second class Citizens... guess what! He does not reside within the city boundaries and I've got the Ordeneses Stating that any City employee must reside within the City's boundaries and I've also got City Council Minutes showing that one Chief of Police had an extension to his relocating into the city and then his resignation because he could not find a suitable living home for his family and children. So Guess What this Chief has to do?
I told him I am willing to work with this City Council, But you guys need to remove these Appointed Zoning Board Members NOW and Straighten up these years of infractions on these Taxpaying Citizens in this town. and become a transparent Government or I'll just take this to a Lawyer and FORCE IT! I let him know what I presented to them was only surface evidence to the other grievences I found going through 1500+ pages of City and Zoning Minutes from 1992 to current. and the 7 Ordeneces that should be on record the city did not provide in the FOIA request I am taking this information to Our States "Attorney Generals Office" and let them deal with your lack of coperation! Minimum fines are $2,500 up to Max $5000.00 and posible jail time?
