Yeah... my BP has always been great. Recently it has been creeping up. Doc said drop a few lb's and see if that fixes it, or go on a low dose med.

Funny. With the sun out and 72 is was a little warm out there. Could have lowered the property values and comfortably sunbathed everything and been comfortable.

Friend of mine had a node fried in an attempt to solve his Afib issue. Didn't work so they fried another.

So far so good Eight, helped getting heart back on track, still have a small heart murmur, which I've had all my life.

My BP has gone up measurably and corelates somewhat with rib and chest pain from my mva a year+ ago. Saw my primary; saw a cardiologist. And am now on three different blood pressure meds that seem to be working right now.

Swam 1.200 yds again today.

That is 4,800 yards for the week. 20% increase form 4,000 yds. per week, but I seemed to tolerate it well and 4,400-4,800 yds per week is my new regimen. Tired, but feel great.

Anyone else swim laps?

Chicken and broccoli alfredo for supper tonight (again). Seems like I'm making this every weekend. Locked onto an easy and good recipe and I keep getting asked to make it.

Question: "What should I cook for supper tonight?"

Answer: "Chicken and broccoli alfredo."

Sigh... I voted for a nice and juicy bacon cheese burger with some fries... but lost from the popular vote. I'll make the chix broc alfredo for the masses in protest but also fry up a nice cheese burger (pickles, lettuce) and fries for myself.

Like Chicken Alfredo w/ Broccoli. Wife doesn’t enjoy it because the sauce is too creamy.

She need emotional assistance.

Plus the doggo had to walk and do his poops. We walked early, so I let him walk off-leash and follow us. He chased a bunny rabbit. Didn't get it. He met a new puppy dog friend. Female, 100 lbs, looked like pit and American bulldog mix. Brindle and white. Pretty dog.

Venice on the gulf side or Viera in the space coast area are in the lead. The competition in Texas would be buying acreage around Houston or in hill country north of San Antonio.

Beautiful weather right now. Took the '65 Vette out to stir the 4 speed and the hills around town are bursting with color right now.

Me 3...drop the West Coast of the East Coast. It's a f'n hurricane magnet.

Viera, Palm Bay, Cocoa...or even Melbourne proper all better choices than the west coast of Florida.

I'm just glad you're moving back to FLA! Here's to more brew/herfs!!!!

“Master planned” doesn’t sound culturally sensitive.
Time to dismantle the racist power structure.

Society needs to be equitable.
Everyone should live in a grass hut.
Upgrades to the amenities are acceptable though…
