You must be breathing too many of Tony Stewart's exhaust fumes, brother.

My well tank popped tonight too late to get to the store to buy stuff.

Reinforced my hoarder tendencies because I had all the things in boxes and bins to replace it.

AGENDA FOR THE REGULAR MEETING APRIL 4, 2023 AT 7:00 P.M.

Russ Walls to discuss zoning issues.
27 months now in Limbo, on how mine and 16 other properties are zoned other than Illegally changed and they cannot produce the minutes where a vote had been taken nor the Ordinance where we were changed, I produced once again this issue to the Council and many who witnessed they had no answers.. One Alderman Called "Times Up" meaning my allotted time to speak.. I assured them Yes Time is Up!! I've spoken to an Attorney and have an appointment next Wednesday.

Me shelving our rezoning until they get their collective ass's together has made a bit of movement on their part... also discussed last night was a change in the right direction, a little to late.. but will benefit all...

13. Zoning
Discussion and possible action regarding setting of a Public Hearing on Monday, April 24, 2023, for the purpose of amending the Zoning Ordinance to add: Warehousing and Wholesale Trade. 1) Commercial and Industrial Warehousing Facilities, 2) Self-Service Storage Facilities, 3) Moving and Storage Facilities to Section 5.8 General Commercial District in the City of Waverly Zoning Ordinance book. The Zoning Committee is in agreed with this amendment.

We'll See!!! Herfing

Beautiful day yesterday. Yard work all day and 5 cigars smoked. Cloudy ad in the 40s all day today with a chance of sprinkles. Still cleaning up the wreckage from the 20 wet inches of snow that fell on March 14.

We need to invent one of those teleporter thingies like on Star Trek. We could materialize at Danm's house, eat his food and teleport back home.

I'm sure HockeyDad can write up a convincing SBIR proposal or somtin' that would cover the costs to develop such an apparatus.

would prolly have a No Smoking sign on it...

any idea if cigars coming back home would age instantly?
what are the Laws of Physics regarding time travel across time zones?

We would specifically state in the fine print that this would not be applicable.

Also, not talking time travel... just a few hours... transport to someone's house, eat their goods, smoke a cigar, shoot the $hit than transport home. I figure about 4 hours round trip... maybe 5 if we stay to help clean up the kitchen and stuff.
