At the car dealership to get a flattening tire repaired.

Going to swim laps with my wife when I am done here. She works a four day week and has Thursdays and weekends off! Herfing

Reservation tonight at our favorite pizzeria- Yes, that's reservation for a pizza restaurant. It is that good and that busy.

Going to a dispensary promoted class tonight on how to read/understand the certificate of analysis from the test lab.

Waz up?

Took my wife out for wood fired oven .thin-crust pizza. Margherita with extra basil and hand sliced fresh mozzarella. Drizzled with olive oil. Yum!

Heading out in a little bit to go to a nearby dispensary for a class on how to read, understand and use mmj laboratory analysis data.

There is a chit ton of money in this industry in Florida with a lot more to come once we go recreational. So, I am trying to find out as much about it as possible. Just sniffing things out a bit and continuing to meet the right people...

Two less than great days, but the blessings and prayers got the parents mostly in good positions.

Moms surgery was more complicated than expected, but survived it and is home.
Medicare and insurance approved dad’s physical therapy at least for now. Baselines for him in place and they start with the pt, ot, balance and the rest. If it wouldn’t have been approved, it would have been self pay immediately if not for the approval.
Insurance is a fickle thing. As long as he stays motivated and shows improvement, the case managers at the inscos will be silent. Once he plateaus, the money stops.

The family dynamic onion got smellier as we learned more about a less than healthy codependency between the two of them that they were keeping from us which is complicating things. One day at a time.

Now I have to get my medical house in order quickly.

Delta (and others who have gone through this) I don’t know how you do it.

Guess it is similar to my motto on Life. Rule #1: Show up. Figure out the rest as you go.

Thank you, Brothers.

Good Friday, peeps, chimps, gimps and pimps.

Dog walked, cardio in. Sitting on a sun splashed deck listening to the birds sing while sipping coffee in my underwear. 72 degrees.

Yes, Drafter. I got pics.

Good Friday Morning to All! It's an overcast 69° on the way to 75° today.

The new rood is installed, spare shingles stored in the crawlspace and the roof if paid for. Now I can continue washing stuff.

The wife's bandage comes off today and she can shower. First day without much pain too. The Doc said she had two really torn muscles and a tendon he had to attach. I know the 90 minute surgery ran two hour plus.

Glad she's home fast and now he needs to work his butt off to get stronger so that he can go home to their healthy codependency, which is a great thing- if your talking about being in love and not being able to be with out one another!

Anyway, what did you mean by the quoted sentence? Hope everything is OK!!! (Don't feel obliged to not answer.)

Like I said before, we need an Orlando herf because it is about half-way between J'ville and Tampa. Got three awesome cigar bars to choose from here. Anthony, MaddVibe and I met about a year or so ago, at one for drinks and herfing and- and had a real nice time together. Otherwise, I am always up for a Ybor City meet-up. You could drive to me en-route and I could drive the last 100 miles to Ybor. And, you can always stay at my house if it would make Ybor easier for you and you want to smoke like 10 cigars.

Bought a storm door at Home Depot for the front entrance. Less than $270 with my military discount. Now I need to figure out if I want to tackle trying to install it... or have a contractor do it.

Also went to a local fishing store and traded my Avet HXW Raptor 2 speed reel for a PENN International VISX 12 2 speed reel. They gave me $300 for my Avet, which was a fair deal since the clicker is broke. They'll likely spend $50 + shipping to have it fixed by Avet and then sell it for $400.

MACS got some skills Ram/Drafter...he's turned a wrench or two in his day...no worries

Hey 8track, it's easier when there's only one to worry about, and some other family members who would be involved have already checked out...I also have to thank my wife...she's been an unexpected rock diving into the details and keeping the records and calendar straight...most importantly, she and my sisters have become friends...

being a Kaiser Advantage/Medicare patient is also a plus...no out of pockets costs...

Provided your 5 year old house hasn't settled and the door jamb isn't 36" wide in one spot and then a couple feet higher it's 35 7/8" wide. d'oh!

The Ticker is decidedly unhappy with me. Three things wrong that I know of. Recent ER visit, and earliest date to see a cardiologist is May 31.The Afib is more frequent in occurrences for longer durations. The high bpm in the 170s, lows in the 31-35 range.

Suboptimal.

My BP for all my life, except for the past year, has been just fine. Over the past year, it's been slightly on the high side as reported on my annual primary care physicals, follow ups with my neurologist along with 6 month dentist check ups/cleanings (they take BP and temp at my dentist now, seems like a new thing over the past year or so).

Since three independent sources have recorded a slight elevation in readings, my primary care doc put me on a baby dose of high BP med that seems to have corrected things.

I hope you guys don't have anything serious going on. Maybe you have a tumor or sumptin'?

Two then two plus two equals 4 then put a NINE! on the end and we get...

Two forty NINE!

Did the ablation work for you?
Friend of mine had a node fried in an attempt to solve his Afib issue. Didn't work so they fried another.
