The Real Insurrection, and the Dirty Politics of Jan. 6

The Democrats say that Jan. 6 was the worst attack on American democracy since the Civil War. They call it an insurrection, but if it was indeed the worst since 1865, no one but a fool would dare claim it even remotely approached the scale of the bloody war between the states.

And if you weren’t a fool, you might conclude that Jan. 6 was nothing like an insurrection. It wasn’t violent in the sense of an armed rebellion. It wasn’t organized. And it didn’t seek to overthrow the government, but to protect the Constitution. In more ways than not, it was a defense of American democracy, not an attack on it.

In every particular, Jan. 6 was a pale shadow compared to the Civil War. To start with, it lasted less than six hours, whereas the Civil War lasted four long years. The war between the North and South cost the lives of 620,000 soldiers and another 50,000 civilians. The Jan. 6 incursion at the U.S. Capitol, on the other hand, claimed the lives of just two women protesters, Ashli Babbitt and Roseanne Boyland. Among the defenders of the Capitol, police officer Brian Sicknick died after suffering two strokes the next day, but without a direct known connection to the riot. Two other protesters died of natural causes during the siege, and four law officers died by suicide in the months following the attack. If you count all of those as legitimate casualties of Jan. 6, then the total comes to nine compared to a minimum of 670,000 in the Civil War.

It would be impossible to exaggerate the stark differences between Jan. 6 and the Civil War.

Yet somehow, the Democrats (yes, members of the same Democratic Party that instigated the Civil War) were able to use the Jan. 6 incursion of the Capitol as a means to terrorize their political enemies and to punish those who used their rights of free speech and free thought to question the legitimacy of the Biden presidency.

As of March 6, 2023, more than 1,000 people have been charged with crimes stemming from the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. But the Biden administration is not done seeking its pound of flesh from Trump supporters. Last week, we learned that the Department of Justice (hereinafter the Department of Retaliation) had sent a letter to the chief judge of the D.C. federal court warning that between 700 and 1,200 more people will be charged with Jan. 6 crimes. More than two years after the fact! That brings the total of citizens likely to be charged to approximately 2,000, and according to the White House these are all domestic terrorists.

Now, to be clear, there was at least one instance of terrorism on Jan. 6, 2021, when pipe bombs were planted at the national headquarters of both the Republican and Democratic parties. But the perpetrator of that failed attack has never been identified, let alone charged. Instead, the FBI, the Department of Justice, the House Jan. 6 select committee and the White House have focused on making examples out of American citizens who believed that a corrupt election had been held in 2020.

By insisting that U.S. elections are always beyond reproach, the Democrats and their allies in the media have de facto criminalized the formerly protected speech of millions of Americans who have lost confidence in the electoral system. And the Justice Department, on behalf of President Biden, has decided to make an example of the Jan. 6 protesters in order to quell dissent among Republicans who might otherwise be tempted to carry a Trump flag to the Capitol.

If you don’t think that the prosecution, and accompanying lengthy jail sentences, of 2,000 protesters for entering the Capitol on Jan. 6 is excessive, consider this:

Following the real insurrection, the Civil War, hardly any of the 1 million men who fought on behalf of the Confederacy were charged with any crimes, let alone treason. That’s because President Abraham Lincoln, and President Andrew Johnson after him, recognized the importance of binding the nation together following the tumultuous war years. Instead of seeking retaliation, and humiliation of former enemies, they (and most Northerners) sought reconciliation and understanding. Forgiveness, not punishment, was the watchword.

In a Christmas Day proclamation in 1868, Johnson granted “a full pardon and amnesty to all persons engaged in the late rebellion.” He wrote, in part:

[A] universal amnesty and pardon for participation in said rebellion extended to all who have borne any part therein will tend to secure permanent peace, order, and prosperity throughout the land, and to renew and fully restore confidence and fraternal feeling among the whole people, and their respect for and attachment to the National Government, designed by its patriotic founders for the general good.

Further, Johnson declared:

…unconditionally, and without reservation, to all and to every person who directly or indirectly participated in the late insurrection or rebellion, a full pardon and amnesty for the offence of treason against the United States, or of adhering to their enemies during the late civil war, with restoration of all rights, privileges, and immunities under the Constitution and the laws which have been made in pursuance thereof.

Now compare that to the zealous and unyielding pursuit by Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice of the Jan. 6 protesters, the vast majority of whom neither waged war, nor committed treason, but only trespassed in an effort to assure that their grievances were heard. Unbelievably, many of those protesters remain in jail 26 months after the riot without ever having received the speedy trial they are promised by the Constitution, and others – once convicted – face lengthy prison terms in unfathomable conditions.

What does the DOJ say about its mission? Here’s an excerpt from the department’s March 6 update:

[T]he investigation and prosecution of those responsible for the attack continues to move forward at an unprecedented speed and scale. The Department of Justice’s resolve to hold accountable those who committed crimes on January 6, 2021, has not, and will not, wane.

As I said before, it’s the Department of Retaliation, and there’s no reason to think it will end there. The special counsel appointed to investigate Donald Trump’s possession of classified documents and his actions and words on Jan. 6 represents a new low in American politics. No matter how Merrick Garland or Joe Biden spin it, this is not about justice, but about eliminating the biggest threat to Biden’s reelection.

Where is James Comey when you need him? Remember when the former FBI director recited the not insubstantial case against Hillary Clinton for possession of classified information on an illegal server, and then declared “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case”? That is exactly how most nonpartisan people feel about the case against Trump, who, unlike Hillary, was president and actually had the power to declassify any documents in his possession.

Even more outrageous is claiming that Trump was guilty of treason or inciting a riot because he asked his supporters to walk from the Ellipse to the Capitol on Jan. 6 “to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.” That’s not incitement; it’s First Amendment-protected political speech. And when Trump said, “We fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore,” he wasn’t talking about invading the Capitol; he was specifically talking about fighting against election fraud. Any other interpretation is disingenuous.

Yet the Department of Retaliation continues its relentless assault on Trump supporters like a bureaucratic version of Inspector Javert from “Les Miserables.” Instead of showing the magnanimity of President Johnson following the Civil War, the Democratic administration of Joe Biden insists on fracturing our society even more than it was at the end of the Trump administration.

Remember Andrew Johnson’s words? He said that a pardon “will tend to secure permanent peace, order, and prosperity throughout the land, and to renew and fully restore confidence and fraternal feeling among the whole people.” Why can’t the Democrats and their sympathizers like Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger see that their obdurate persecution of Trump voters will have the opposite effect? Instead of bringing their opponents to heel, they will just foment greater hatred and distrust among those who already feel abandoned and rejected by their government.

Or maybe the Democrats do know exactly what they are doing. Spanish-born and American-educated philosopher George Santayana said, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it,” but maybe even more dangerous are those who distort the past. They condemn the rest of us to a legacy of permanent chaos, lies, and animosity, and of course they expect us to shut up and take it. There was no insurrection on Jan. 6, but that doesn’t mean the people will be patient forever.

Pence must appear before Jan. 6 grand jury

The Hill

Former Vice President Mike Pence has been ordered to appear before a grand jury weighing efforts to overturn the 2020 election, according to reports from multiple outlets on Tuesday, after a top federal judge ruled that executive privilege could not entirely shield him from answering questions.

The sealed order rejected former President Trump’s claims of executive privilege in special counsel Jack Smith’s Jan. 6, 2021, investigation, a sign that D.C. District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg may align with his predecessor in pushing Trump-era officials to cooperate with the probe.

Pence must answer questions that address any criminality by Trump, Boasberg reportedly ruled, though the judge did accept some arguments from Pence’s legal team that he should not be questioned about his role that day as President of the Senate — something that could limit inquiries into his actions on Jan. 6 itself.

An attorney for Pence did not immediately respond to request for comment, nor did Trump’s team.

Pence’s attorneys appeared in court just last week to fight a subpoena from Smith. Pence’s team planned to roll out an unusual argument in the case, saying testimony would violate the “speech and debate” clause of the Constitution which shields legislators from being questioned in any other place” beyond legislative chambers.

It’s not clear if either Pence or Trump will appeal the ruling.

Pence previously suggested he would be willing to take such a battle to the Supreme Court if necessary, telling ABC News’s Jonathan Karl last week, “We’re going to respect the decisions of the court, and that may take us to the highest court in the land.”

Trump’s team attacked the Justice Department’s approach in a statement.

“The DOJ is continuously stepping far outside the standard norms in attempting to destroy the long accepted, long held, Constitutionally based standards of attorney-client privilege and executive privilege,” a spokesman said by email.

“There is no factual or legal basis or substance to any case against President Trump. The deranged Democrats and their comrades in the mainstream media are corrupting the legal process and weaponizing the justice system in order to manipulate and influence an election in which President Trump is dominating all across the board.”

Howell has rejected Trump’s executive privilege claims for a number of former White House officials, recently ordering then-chief of staff Mark Meadows and others to comply with subpoenas.

And Just Like That, It's No Longer an Insurrection

And just like that, the January 6 insurrection is no more. And the deconstruction story is really something. At the center of this narrative switcheroo is none other than Ray Epps.

Before we get to that, let’s remember how we got here. It took only moments for the Democrat media complex to anoint the January 6 breach and riot at the U.S. Capitol Building an “insurrection.” As if beckoned by an unseen force, narrative builders dutifully lined up to receive the official wafer on their tongues, and voilà! “Trump supporters” who had never committed an act of violence at years of peaceful and crowded rallies were eligible for a 20-year prison stretch.

Shortly thereafter, the insurrection became a deadly insurrection when the same media reported, wrongly, that police officers were killed by rioters on January 6.

https://tinyurl.com/ppredtfc

The only ones who died on January 6 were killed by police.

Awful it was, but insurrection? No.

Now, however, insurrection is just passé.

And you can thank Ray Epps.

The story of Epps is one of the most curious from hundreds of stories about the January 6 event that we were assured was the deadliest insurrection ever, ever. The Capitol incursion, as some call it, was worse than the Civil War, worse than the Revolution, worse than any riot, and more destructive than the torching and looting of federal courthouses or police stations. Indeed, it was so much worse than spraying cops with CS gas at riots, aiming lasers in their eyes to blind them, or trying to trap cops inside a burning building. Much, much worse.

This breach into the Capitol Building, or for another side of the building, being personally beckoned inside by cops, was much worse than setting fire to the president’s church. And much, much worse than beatdowns, terror campaigns, and street takeovers that Antifa and Black Lives Matter have been pulling off since at least 2016. Pulling down a Black Lives Matter banner in front of a D.C. church is worse in the eyes of the law than setting a church on fire. And don’t you forget it, Mister.

But now all of that has changed with Epps. Epps, as you undoubtedly have heard or seen, is the only January 6 participant seen on multiple videos urging people to go into the Capitol Building. Videos show he was at the barricades when he whispered into the ear of a man who then began to crash the barriers down. On January 5, he was recorded telling people to attack the Capitol the next day and the crowd started yelling, “Fed! Fed! Fed!” See my Adult in the Room Podcast interview with Darren Beattie of Revolver News below. He’s the one who broke the story of this very mysterious man.

https://tinyurl.com/9deuku89

But that’s not how the mainstream media sees Ray Epps. Indeed, Epps was a peacemaker that day, according to his attorney. Epps’ photo was once on the FBI’s list of people they sought for information for January 6, as I pointed out in a recent story. Then he was scrubbed from the list “after speaking with the FBI.”

Epps’ life has been turned upside down by all of the attention. Still, his life hasn’t been ripped apart as much as the J6 Gulag internees still awaiting trial or the others who have been convicted and now spend their days making little rocks out of big rocks. Indeed, Ray Epps is currently a free man. Other J6ers did much less than Epps did. His treatment is the exception, not the rule.

Epps was vetted by the J6 Committee and declared not to be a federal agent. Epps claims he has been so damaged by the speculation in the media that he’s suing Fox News and Tucker Carlson for defamation for reporting on him. That dog won’t — or shouldn’t — hunt, but Epps and his attorneys see deep pockets and a future payday from a settlement, seeing as how Fox was willing to settle a case brought by Dominion Voting Systems.

Incredibly, the mainstream media have picked Epps as their pet protester, writing fawning treatments of this misunderstood man. For some reason, Epps is the only Trump supporter and J6 attendee that they’re willing to support. It’s unclear why.

https://tinyurl.com/543mxc87

But with news of Epps’ lawsuits and the possibility that he really may face J6 charges, a story which, oddly, only surfaced with news of the lawsuit, the media have done an about-face on their pet protester and now refer to January 6 as “demonstrations,” “protests,” and Epps as a “protester,” “scapegoat,” and any notions that he could be a “Fed! Fed! Fed!” are dismissed as a “right-wing conspiracy theory.”

Epps’ attorney is a former Perkins Coie lawfare lawyer who now hangs a shingle in Wilmington, Del. He was one of the attorneys who brought the lawsuit against Fox News for “defaming” Dominion Voting Systems.

https://tinyurl.com/2p8w3uxy

MSNBC reports that the Epps conspiracy theory, “that he was an undercover FBI agent who ginned up the Jan. 6 Capitol attack — was fueled in part by the fact that he was at the Capitol that day but was never charged. However, according to Epps’ newly filed defamation lawsuit against Fox News, charges are coming.”

MSNBC’s choice of “FBI agent” is a curious one. For quite some time now, there’s been speculation that if Epps was indeed a “Fed! Fed! Fed!” he wasn’t an FBI asset but instead attached to another federal agency such as DHS.

At least here we’re consistent. If Ray Epps didn’t urge anyone to break into the Capitol Building and doesn’t deserve to be prosecuted, neither he nor anyone else fits his description. He didn’t go into the Capitol Building that day, the same as dozens or hundreds of others who now have a felony record. We just want to know why things were so inconsistent in Epps’ case.

FBI lost count of how many paid informants were at Capitol on Jan. 6 — later performed audit to figure out exact number: ex-official

The FBI had so many paid informants at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, that they lost track of the number and had to perform a later audit to determine exactly how many “Confidential Human Sources” run by different FBI field offices were present that day, a former assistant director of the bureau has told lawmakers.

At least one informant was communicating with his FBI handler as he entered the Capitol, according to Steven D’Antuono, formerly in charge of the bureau’s Washington field office.

D’Antuono has testified behind closed doors to the House Judiciary Committee that his office was aware before the riot that some of their informants would attend a “Stop the Steal” rally thrown by former President Donald Trump but he only learned after the fact that informants run by other field offices also were present, along with others who had participated of their own accord.

The Washington field office had to ask FBI headquarters “to do a poll or put out something to people saying w[ere] any CHSs involved,” he said, so they could get a handle on the scale of the FBI’s spying operations at the Capitol that day.

“We started getting responses back” from FBI headquarters, added D’Antuono, which helped identify which field offices had planted confidential informants in the crowd.

One paid informant from the Kansas City field office was at the Capitol as the crowd surged inside and allegedly was in communication with his FBI handler, “while they were in the crowd, I think, saying that they were going in,” according to the former bureau brass.

“They were trying to stop some of the action happening and they left or whatnot.”

Asked how many informants the audit discovered were in the crowd that day, D’Antuono would only say “a handful”.

The FBI spends an average of $42 million each year in payments to its Confidential Human Sources, according to the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General, which has raised concerns about the vetting process for these paid informants.

In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray Tuesday, Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), described D’Antuono’s testimony as “extremely concerning”.

It suggests that “the FBI cannot adequately track the activities and operations of its informants, and that it lost control of its CHSs present at the Capitol on January 6,” he wrote.

“These revelations reinforce existing concerns, identified by Special Counsel [John] Durham, about the FBI’s use of, and payment to, CHSs who have fabricated evidence and misrepresented information.

“The Justice Department Inspector General also identified critical problems in the FBI’s CHS program,” Jordan added, “including the FBI’s failure to fully vet CHSs and the FBI’s willingness to ignore red flags that would call into question an informant’s reliability.”

Jordan has asked Wray to provide a “substantive briefing” on how the FBI used paid informants on Jan. 6, 2021, and “any specific guidelines or admonishments that were provided to FBI CHSs prior to deploying”.

Wray has also been asked to provide all debriefing documents received from Capitol riot informants.

Jordan also wants source reporting documentation relating to former British spy Christopher Steele, who was responsible for a now-notorious “dossier of false allegations about the Trump-Russia hoax.”

The number of FBI informants present during the Capitol riot has long been a controversial topic at trials of the hundreds of defendants apprehended since that day.

Defense lawyers at the trial of five “Proud Boys” recently asserted that the FBI had as many as eight informants spying on the organization and that at least one was with them at the Capitol that day.

Former Capitol Hill Police Chief Steven Sund has said that, in addition to the paid informants, the FBI had at least 18 undercover agents in the crowd plus an estimated 20 from the Department of Homeland Security.

But they have reluctantly charged Ray Epps with a misdemeanor despite leading the charge inside, while people that weren’t even on the property were dealt with much more severely.

“Epps is charged with one misdemeanor count, disorderly or disruptive conduct on restricted grounds. He was charged by information, suggesting that he plans to enter a plea deal. Not long after he was charged, a virtual plea agreement hearing was set for Wednesday, Sept. 20 before Chief Judge James Boasberg.”

New J6 Footage Shows Ray Epps Whispering To 'Baked Alaska': "We're Here To Storm The Capitol"

A new report provides fresh evidence that infamous January 6 provocateur Ray Epps may have been an FBI plant.

In the first of a two-part series, “Truth in Media” host Lara Logan spoke with Anthime Gionet, also known as “Baked Alaska,” a right-wing influencer formerly associated with the “alt right.” Video footage from January 5, 2021 and earlier indicate that Epps appeared to be particularly interested in Gionet, who was later sentenced to two months in prison for his participation in the riot at the US Capitol.

Gionet (Baked Alaska) was one of several people who filmed Epps on the evening of January 5, 2021 outside BLM Plaza as he told Trump supporters “we need to go into the Capitol!” At first, Gionet said he was amused by Epps’ exhortation to breach the Capitol, and yelled ‘let’s go!’ in response, but after he saw him repeat the line several times to different groups that night, he became convinced the “boomer” was an FBI plant and was up to no good.

Gionet is the one who started the “Fed! Fed! Fed!” chant that went viral on social media.

“I’m someone who creates funny content so I just like to agree with everyone and if someone’s saying something crazy, a lot of times, I’ll just agree—say yeah, yeah,” Gionet said, explaining that he does it to encourage a subject to keep talking.

But the activist said he felt “weirded out” by Epps and quickly moved on to another group.

“I’m like, I’m getting away from this creep, he’s weirding me out,” Gionet said.

“I’m getting weird vibes—something’s off.”

Gionet told Logan that everyone else who heard Epps talking about going into the Capitol were also taken aback.

“I go to another group way far away from him, he follows me, and that’s when he begins instructing the crowd,” Gionet said. That’s when Epps was caught on tape again saying “we need to go into the Capitol.”

“Right when he said that, something clicked in my head,” Gionet said.

“It was like, whoa! This is scripted because he said the same exact line word for word three times and that’s not natural.”

Gionet said that it seemed very odd that he kept going around to all the different little groups and instructing them on what to do on January 6.

“Maybe the first time, he’s being silly or saying something crazy, but when he said it the third time word for word, I knew there’s a strong possibility this guy’s a fed. I started that chant, and guess what? The whole crowd joined in with me—within seconds!”

Gionet told Logan that that viral moment felt spiritual to him at the time.

“That was the spirit moving. That was God saying ‘somethings up here. Watch out, there’s something going on.’ And that’s what I felt in my heart as a believer, truly,” he said.

Shortly before midnight, Epps took a conciliatory tone with Gionet, telling him they he also despises Black Lives Matter and antifa.

“I stood ’em down myself with three Army vets in Queen Creek, Arizona,” Epps said.

“That’s where I live!” Gionet exclaimed. “Are you my neighbor?!”

After more friendly banter, Epps said ”we’re not here to fight man. He then leaned in and whispered “we’re here to storm the Capitol,” and added: “I’m not kidding.”

Logan noted that Epps’ words echoed the official narrative the next day—that Trump supporters “stormed the Capitol” before “it was broadcast across the nation.”

Gionet, aka Baked Alaska, said that because he had been banned from every social media platform, it was virtually impossible for him to tell his story, and so for the first year after J6, nobody heard a word about Epps.

“I thought it was a big story but I was banned off Twitter, I was banned off YouTube, I was banned off all social media so I couldn’t get the story out,” he explained.

He acknowledged that he had no proof that Epps was a “fed,” but remains convinced that he was.

Former Washington DC FBI Field Office chief Steven D’Antuono has acknowledged in sworn testimony that the Bureau had so many informants on the ground on January 6 that they lost track and had to order an audit to account for all of them.

Federal prosecutors finally filed a criminal charge against Epps in September.

The former Marine and Oath Keepers member was charged with a single misdemeanor count of disruptive or disorderly conduct in a restricted area in U.S. District Court in Washington in September, despite his lead role in orchestrating chaos on that day. The charge carries a maximum punishment of a year in prison.

In part two of Truth in Media’s report on Ray Epps, Logan interviewed a friend of Epps. The woman said that “something happened after he left the Oath Keepers until January 6. What, I don’t know but those are two different people.”

Part two, which will air next week, also features a video clip of Epps photographing Gionet without his knowledge during a Trump rally in Phoenix.

Ray you see Ron Paul's new article on this?

"[T]he full release of the tapes demonstrates beyond a doubt that the endless propaganda that this was a coordinated attempt to overthrow the government was false."

"And as for that violence and mayhem on January 6th? How much of it was instigated by undercover FBI agents? New footage clearly shows officers outside the building firing on protestors with no warning."

Turns out that it wasn't "just like Pearl Harbor." Not surprised.

And this:

"Those in power hated Donald Trump so much that they were willing to torture and even murder their fellow Americans to keep him from the presidency."

I'm not so sure Trump wasn't in on the entire thing. Why did he tell them to go over there? Why didn't he have the rally in some field in Fairfax County? Could have had beer and burgers afterwards.

But nope, he got them all riled up and sent them right into a huge trap. So is Trump that dumb or was he in on it? We will probably never know how involved Trump was, If had to bet...I'd say he knew what was going down.

The Blaze uncovers J6 CCTV evidence that shows Pelosi’s team was in on it…

The January 6th event remains shrouded in mystery. Investigative platforms like Revolver have put the FBI and the regime on the defensive, raising numerous questions about federal involvement in the incident, including sketchy figures like Ray Epps and the absurd “pipe bomb” story, to name a few.

Meanwhile, other media outlets and journalists are spotlighting events that took place inside the Capitol, particularly homing in on the abuse and un-American handling of the political prisoners.

As it stands now, Nancy Pelosi has been sidestepping tough January 6 questions for way too long. Thankfully, The Blaze has uncovered some CCTV footage from that day. It seems to show a senior member of Pelosi’s security team caught in a significant lie under oath. This all connects to Capitol Police officer and known Trump-hater Harry Dunn, whose account of his encounter with the Oath Keepers is riddled with inconsistencies and, possibly, outright lies.

The latest revelation in this saga involves a shadowy figure from Pelosi’s security team named David Lazarus. That newly released CCTV footage from inside the Capitol, which has never been seen before, seems to contradict the testimony Lazarus gave under oath at the trial of the Oath Keepers. His job, it would appear, was to “bolster” Officer Dunn’s story, which he had already changed one time before. Based on this footage, many are now seeing what they believe to be the first concrete link between Pelosi’s team and the U.S. government’s alleged efforts to entrap American citizens and incarcerate them based on falsehoods.

Watch this compelling video rundown from The Blaze: http://tinyurl.com/3mzz3z4r

The Blaze’s investigative team spent three exhaustive days tracking David Lazarus’s movements. And it was worth it. Their findings suggest that his sworn testimony might be completely false. Isn’t that the kind of thing people get jailed for? On a brighter note, this CCTV footage is now with the Oath Keepers’ legal team, who will hopefully use it to get new trials for their clients.

House Jan. 6 Committee deleted more than 100 encrypted files days before GOP took majority: sources
By Brooke Singman Fox News
Published January 22, 2024

EXCLUSIVE: The former House Select Committee on Jan. 6 deleted more than 100 encrypted files from its probe just days before Republicans took over the majority in the House of Representatives, Fox News Digital has learned.

The House Administration Committee's Oversight Subcommittee is leading an investigation into Jan. 6, 2021, led by Chairman Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga. The panel is investigating the security failures on that day, as well as the "actions" of the former select committee investigating the Capitol riot.

Loudermilk, last week, told Fox News Digital his investigation has entered a "new phase" with renewed support from House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., who has committed additional resources to the panel’s investigation.

Sources familiar with Loudermilk’s investigation told Fox News Digital that, per House rules, the former select committee, which was chaired by Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., was required to turn over all documents from its investigation to the new, GOP-led panel, after Republicans secured the majority of the House of Representatives following the 2022 midterm elections.

Sources told Fox News Digital that Thompson had told Loudermilk that the select committee would turn over four terabytes of archived data, but that the new committee only received approximately two terabytes of data.

Fox News Digital has learned that Loudermilk’s committee hired a digital forensics team to scrape hard drives to determine what information they were not given.

The forensics team, according to sources familiar with their search, determined that 117 files were both deleted and encrypted. Sources said those files were deleted on Jan. 1, 2023 – just days before Thompson’s team was required to transfer the data to the new committee.

Fox News Digital has learned the forensics team has recovered all 117 deleted and encrypted files. Now, Loudermilk is demanding answers and passwords to access the data.

"As you acknowledged in your July 7, 2023 letter, the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol (Select Committee) did not archive all Committee records as required by House Rules," Loudermilk wrote. "You wrote that you sent specific transcribed interviews and depositions to the White House and Department of Homeland Security but did not archive them with the Clerk of the House."

Loudermilk added that Thompson also "claimed that you turned over 4-terabytes of digital files, but the hard drives archived by the Select Committee with the Clerk of the House contain less than 3- terabytes of data."

Loudermilk explained that after a forensic analysis of the data and archived hard drives, he was able to recover "numerous digital records from hard drives archived by the Select Committee."

"One recovered file disclosed the identity of an individual whose testimony was not archived by the Select Committee," Loudermilk wrote. "Further, we found that most of the recovered files are password-protected, preventing us from determining what they contain."

Loudermilk asked that Thompson provide him "a list of passwords for all password-protected files created by the Select Committee" so that his committee can "access these files and ensure they are properly archived."

Meanwhile, Loudermilk also penned letters to White House general counsel and the general counsel of the Department of Homeland Security, requesting "unedited and unredacted transcripts" of White House and DHS testimony to the former select committee.

Loudermilk's committee knows the transcripts of these interviews exist, but said they were not turned over by the Thompson-led committee.

Loudermilk demanded the White House and DHS comply with his request by Jan. 24.

"It’s obvious that Pelosi’s Select Committee went to great lengths to prevent Americans from seeing certain documents produced in their investigation. It also appears that Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney intended to obstruct our Subcommittee by failing to preserve critical information and videos as required by House rules," Loudermilk told Fox News Digital.

"The American people deserve to know the full truth, and Speaker Johnson has empowered me to use all tools necessary to recover these documents to get the truth, and I will."

Yeah no kidding..pretty sad the Status Quo coward crowd would rather be angry at one person and call 30% of the country names while this once great nation has turned to a banana republic. What’s happened/happening is less important than character players, because they don’t want people looking at what used to be behind the curtain. Now the curtain is open and people still don’t care. Crazy stuff.

Sedition against a sitting US President? New J6 whistleblowers bust the case wide open…

The left’s J6 narrative hinges on the idea that President Trump was orchestrating an “insurrection” to overthrow the US government. But think about it—if that were true, wouldn’t he want as few cops around as possible? Yet, Trump actually requested 10,000 National Guard troops to be at the scene. It doesn’t add up, right? How does that fit their wild “insurrection” story? If you’re planning to overthrow the government, why on earth would you ask for more law enforcement to be there? That pesky little fact blew so many holes in the uni-party narrative. Meanwhile, those traitors on the J6 Committee knew full well that President Trump had requested the National Guard, but they buried that fact because it totally wrecked their “insurrection” theory. But as always, the truth has a way of coming out, doesn’t it?

Committee on House Administration:

Following Mollie Hemingway’s reporting, Chairman Loudermilk released the following statement:

“The former J6 Select Committee apparently withheld Mr. Ornato’s critical witness testimony from the American people because it contradicted their pre-determined narrative,” said Chairman Loudermilk. “Mr. Ornato’s testimony proves what Mr. Meadows has said all along, President Trump did in fact offer 10,000 National Guard troops to secure the U.S. Capitol, which was turned down.

“This is just one example of important information the former Select Committee hid from the public because it contradicted what they wanted the American people to believe. And, this is exactly why my investigation is committed to uncovering all the facts, no matter the outcome.”

That bombshell should have been enough to shut down the whole “insurrection” charade, but obviously, it didn’t. And now, thanks to a group of National Guard whistleblowers, the J6 “insurrection” theory is not just falling apart—it’s crumbling spectacularly. This new information—straight from the horse’s mouth—is so shocking that it’s got many Americans wondering if their own government committed sedition against a sitting US President.

What exactly is “sedition“?

Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech or organization, that tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or insurrection against, established authority.

It sounds like something the Deep State would do, right?

The X account Bad Kitty recently stirred the pot with a post about new whistleblower revelations and posed that very provocative question: Did the US Government commit sedition against a sitting US President?

Bad Kitty Unleashed:

Did the Pentagon commit sedition upon a sitting US president?

Three DC National Guard whistleblowers say they WERE ready to be deployed on January 6 on Trump’s orders but were held back by the Pentagon in bombshell testimony contradicting Capitol riot committee’s story!

The officers, who were with Walker the day of the Capitol riot, will detail how they were on buses in full tactical gear for hours waiting for the go-ahead from the Army.

Additionally, the whistleblowers will reveal how the January 6 Committee did not want to hear their testimony because it corroborated Trump and his allies’ claims that the former president did authorize the National Guard days in advance to respond to any violence or unrest on January 6, 2021.

Not only are these whistleblowers confirming what President Trump has consistently claimed—that he repeatedly tried to deploy the National Guard to the Capitol—but they’re also exposing just how diabolical our government can be.

Daily Mail:

Whistleblowers from the Washington D.C. National Guard will tell Congress that Donald Trump did want them deployed during the Capitol riot and the Army delayed telling them to mobilize in a bombshell hearing next week.

DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal that at least three officers will appear Wednesday before a House subcommittee to claim their stories were also ignored by the Democrat-led January 6 committee, because it didn’t fit their narrative.

The hearing will aim to further prove that Acting Defense Secretary at the time Christopher Miller did give advance approval of D.C. National Guard deployment at the direction of then-President Donald Trump.

A person familiar with the review by the House Administration Committee’s Oversight Subcommittee said the whistleblowers will provide testimony that then-Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy delayed by at least two hours providing official notice to D.C. National Guard Commander William Walker to deploy troops to the Capitol.

The whistleblower testimony reveals how January 6th has been exploited by the current regime to deceive, slander, and harshly punish many innocent individuals, something Revolver has been calling out for years now. Recently, Revolver dropped a bombshell article on the J6 “Mop Up Man” that’s sure to blow you away.

Revolver:

When asked about the flagrant and explicable lack of concern in relation to the pipe bomb, a more senior Capitol Police official who spoke for the group offered the following shocking response: the nonchalant response of the Secret Service and Capitol Police to the pipe bomb was deliberately designed so as not to cause panic among the public. Think of that: we’re supposed to believe that Secret Service agents and Capitol Police stood lackadaisically within feet of what could have been a live explosive device and allowed a group of children to walk within feet of said device in order to not cause panic. This answer alone suggests that not only are they clearly covering up the real story, they possess such confidence that they didn’t even have to bother to come up with a more plausible cover story. If you believe that, we’ve got a bridge in Brooklyn or a Fedsurrection in D.C. to sell you, folks!

[…]

We are now in a position to expose the identity of the most senior Capitol Police official in that meeting and the man who reportedly presented congressional officials and staffers with the absurd excuse that the Capitol Police and Secret Service allowed a group of children to walk in front of the bomb so as not to cause panic—a baffling explanation for such a flagrant breach of protocol as to be unbelievable to the point of offense. That Capitol Police official is Ashan Benedict, currently Assistant Chief of Police of the Capitol Police in charge of Protective and Intelligence Operations. Yes, you read that right. A man who would excuse the flagrant violation of security protocol as depicted in the footage of the DNC bomb discovery is the head of Protective Operations at the Capitol Police. This alone should be sufficient to cause a national scandal, but it gets far worse. Ashan Benedict’s conduct and statements in the meeting described above, together with new (yet entirely overlooked) information that has come out as a result of a recent Judicial Watch FOIA request, lead us to believe with a high degree of conviction that Ashan M. Benedict is one of the key cover-up men of the entire January 6 pipe bomb hoax.

Mop-Up Man: Is This Former ATF Agent Running the J6 Pipe Bomb Coverup?

Based on this report, it’s painfully clear that a specific group of people made sure the National Guard wasn’t deployed on January 6th. They spread baseless fears that President Trump would invoke the “Insurrection Act” to use the Guard to cling to power. The absence of the National Guard was crucial to their scheme. Without 10,000 troops maintaining order, it was easier to stir up chaos and position their federal operatives strategically during the events of that day.

With all the unanswered questions and lingering mysteries about January 6th, the more information that leaks out, the more you have to wonder if figures like Pelosi and others orchestrated the event to divert attention from a stolen election and attempt to erase MAGA from the political landscape once and for all.

Ever wonder why the Biden regime installs fencing around DC whenever he speaks to Congress? They know...that some of you know, and some will NEVER know and some are opening their eyes.
