Man. Legoland was the highlight of my year.

Maybe the best thing I've done in 5 years.

So much fun. The $200 for entry was not easy to hand over, but we got there at open and left at close and I don't think I've smiled so much in ...ever.

Party on.

Tomorrow is moving day, we're following my parents to their next resort and staying another night with them. But next one isn't multi room, so it's on the couch.

Checkout at 11, but check in at next place a mile away isn't till 4, so gonna either head to the ocean beach or go fishing at resort for a few hours. Depends on weather.

Then Sunday morning we pack the van and head north to Atlanta.

Good Morning folks.................Cold and still snowing here. Tapering off, but a foot of heavy wet snow in the driveway and it's probably not gonna move itself.
I kinda like the 4 seasons here in New England, but winter is supposed to be over. Supposed to be 45 degrees tomorrow and Monday, then another 5"of snow Tuesday and back to 50 degrees midweek

During the intermission between resorts we went fishing for a few hours. Typical results for me, nothing. I tried everything I had. Bobber and worm to start, then worm on the bottom fed a few fish that way. Different top water, mid, deep divers, spinners and rattlers. Nothing.

Kid with bobber and a dead worm caught a 12" largemouth on his Mickey Mouse pole.

Yup, but a bit north of my exit. I'll be on 75 when it turns into 85, and our exit is on the southeast side. Google maps says it's still open there.

New resort is more anti smoking. The other one had 2 or 3 smoking areas, and nothing said you couldn't smoke on the balcony (but I didn't). We walked the golf course paths and around the place while I had a cigar and nobody said a thing.

New one has signs on every building no smoking within 25 feet of any building on the property. Has one designated smoking area quite far away with a bench. I walked around with the family and a cigar. Got some dirty looks but nobody said anything until I got to the golf course a staff person said you can't smoke here, there's a bench on the other side of the property where you can smoke. Walked away and found a bench by the lake to wrap it up. A 2014 Tat TAA, not putting it out before it's done.
