CA DMV's are horrendous. Thankfully we can do 90% of what is necessary online... or book an appointment, unless you're an idiot and like really long waits.

I've posted it before and I'll do it again...want to beat them at their game? Show up 10 minutes before they close. They don't get overtime and have to help everyone in the building before they shut the doors. You'll see every window open and people working so fast it'll make your head spin!
