Best of luck to you.
Now comes the portion of the mortgage process where they request updated pay stubs and other info just to be certain you still qualify.
Lots of last minute fun.
But, I have a modicum of confidence in you, Brother.
Please keep us informed!

Probably true but I feel like if I send one more pay stub, tax return, or account statement, my head might just explode

Yup, and I'd bet a few dollars they load companies never look at them, they just check your FICA score. We bought four rental units and had to do the same steps four times over. Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall

I felt that way a little over a year ago. Was funny to me because I was asking my own credit union for a loan that they obviously knew I had the money to cover. I had just sold my house in CA a month and a half prior so I had more money in the bank than I was asking to borrow.

It's just dumb sometimes... Frying pan

Does anyone else get into the Baking Mood during the Thanksgiving/Christmas Holiday season???

I love to break out the cookie sheets and go to town, I made Snickerdoodle, Peanut Butter, Sugar Cookies & Fudge over the weekend, both Adult and regular blends... didn't have time for my peanut brittle and caramels... nor my Buckeye's as yet... The Mrs. cannot believe how I can go from hammering nails fixing things to putting an apron on and fugging up her Kitchen!!! d'oh! d'oh! Herfing but she don't mind reaping the rewards... Beer

1. The underwriters review everything within strict guidelines and deadlines.
2. No matter how much we (self include) think we understand banking, we have NO idea how banks really think and use our documentation.

It was 49F at 8:30am going up to 63F today. Flannel shirt and jacket were necessary this morning. Cold as chit for me, but I love it!

Down to 48F again tonight.

Got nothing going on today so I am finally just relaxing.

Going to the beach tomorrow to herf with my best friend. We'll either go to the cigar bar which has TV, pool, couches and drink service- or wear jackets and hang out on the sand while watching the waves. If it isn't too windy to herf on the beach, I prefer that.

Walked this morning it was 43... shorts, t-shirt and a hoodie. My hands were really cold. Had to put the hoodie up cuz the ears were, too.

I'd say Tank didn't give a sheit, but he actually did... he gave 3 of them. Gonz

It was 44 here at 6:00 when I started out in the dark. Shorts, wick t-shirt and long sleeve heavy shirt. No problems as long as I'm moving fast but the hands always get cold. When it gets down into the 30s I switch to a jacket but still in shorts.

Yeah, as long as my core is warm I can wear shorts. My legs rarely get cold. Hands, nose and ears.

Sister was hospitalized a few days ago for pressure in her brain caused by a growing inoperable cancerous tumor...her condition is terminal and our family had to make a gut wrenching decision Thursday night to let nature take its course, rather than to try some risky pressure relief surgical procedures along with experimental chemotherapy which didn't have promising results in limited trials and had a slew of negative side effects. I was able to communicate with her with some effort and she seemed to acknowledge and approve our decision. My daughter was there, holding her hand, crying. My sister caressed my daughter's hand, as if to comfort her and say, "it's OK".

Sister has returned to her residential care facility, in hospice care. I'm glad that Kaiser worked with us to approve that move. It has been her home for most of the year and she has a good bond with the caregivers there. The director called to say how happy she was when she got home and saw her friends again...much more comfortable there than to die at the hospital or at a strange skilled nursing facility.

After Korea he was offered a chance to pick his Career to re-enlist he took Electricians Mate and after his stent with the Navy, he raised his Family, built their home and worked for a factory as head electrician until retirement...

Unsure which is more uncomfortable.

Walking the dog in 90 minutes as it will be the forecasted warmest part of the day (31 degrees with a wc of 20 with 15 mph winds out of the west).

Or

Continuing Day 3 of Special Report:Overdose of Special K.

Both are regrettably in my near future. The hope is they don’t happen at the same time.

Impressive line of service. Doesn’t serve and more so the government serves him less. Few things more despicable than that.

Where does she work that she needs a panic button? Wouldn't a handgun be preferred? When seconds count the cops are only about 15-20 minutes away, if they don't get in a TC before they get there.

She works on a floor with a bunch of executive VPs. They also have armed security. (Ex-special forces types).

5 security guards and 2 Houston PD showed up.

Vague. I get it.

Special forces, eh? Half of them are impressive as hell. The other half I wonder how the hell they got in, never mind got through.

As you may recall... I worked with them a l'il bit... Some of those dudes are just plain badass. Some of them just got through the training. Methinks the ones playing security guard just got through the training. The ones that were badass are doing much cooler sheit. Herfing

Mrs. HD, batting her eyelashes and tilting her head shyly, "I'm so sorry to disturb you gentlemen...I just noticed that little red button under my desk when I dropped my lipstick...I had never seen it before and didn't know what it was, so I thought I'd give it a little push...oh my, are those guns real? Can I see that really shiny one?"

These ones seem pretty bad ass. A few of them are also ex-secret service. Maybe they didn’t want to go Blackwater and get to be closer to home.
