Wife's car getting new engine... Guess we're keeping it till it rusts to death.

Pushing air to coolant over 4k rpm. So I took it in. Not the the right season outside to be pulling an engine. I'll just have to work a few extra shifts in exchange for not having to do the swap myself.

Asked sales to give me a trade quote if I bought a new '17 or leftover '16 off the lot. $150....

3800 bucks. Ouch.

Freezing here and a few inches of ice- trip cancelled - can't get out of the driveway in time to get there. I feel like going back to bed. Hope it warms enough to melt or soften the ice today.

Yeah, but since I didn't have to use an ark, I commuted on my motorcycle today. And just enjoyed a cigar under a perfectly blue San Diego sky!

34? Oh that's right you're further north and inland where it's warmer. Actual ice on my windshield this morning, so not only am I not on the bike, I had to wait for ice to melt to take the car.

Should I mention I might take the top down on the drive after work though? Hello, haters, yeps, 30+ degree swing from 7 AM to 3PM.

...yep...better re-think your retirement move to FL...it might be underwater by then...

Dodged a big one. My dentist (wife's brother) was able to put a cap/crown on the toof...thought I was gonna need an expensive and painful implant...crown might last about ten years, by which time I wont be able to eat solids anyway...

Engine's out of wife's car awaiting replacement.

She's driving my truck since I'm sleeping all day.

Calls to tell me truck's dead on the side of the road. Getting towed in again.

^I think you may need some ocean air. Smoking cigars and drinking beers while fishing in a small boat 2-3 miles off the coast of CA... will most certainly make you feel better.

TGIF! Almost crashed on the highway this morning. Lost control of the car and swerved all over the place with a car next to me. Got really lucky. Needless to say it made my heart pound...yikes!
