Worth trying a box?

The other web page that sells cigars has seemingly decent prices on them for a flash sale this morning

The two Aladino cigars I tried were just OK. I wouldn’t need
to buy them again, not bad, just not my favorite flavor
profile. Was somewhat mild medium ashy flavor. I think I remember reading somewhere they’re know for a special corojo they grow. I don’t seem to love the flavor profiles of corojo wrapper cigars.

Dan you like CLE? If so then I would get them, medium+++to very full.

Exact opposite here. I LOVE the Corojo wrapped lines and think the other lines, Cameroon, Connecticut and Habano Vintage are okay but don’t compare to the Corojos. Haven’t yet tried the Classic line though. But obviously it’s just the differences in palates, not any sort of judgment.

Don't know that I've explored them. I REALLY liked the Camacho Corojo old stock boxes that hit a couple years back. I bought and smoked 4 boxes of those.

I've been pretty stagnant in what I smoke. Right now I can't smoke until Saturday (none all month) because of piss and blood tests at work so I've been almost obsessing over it.

I ordered my usual suspects - MFLB, HE lonsdale, Fuente SS, Baitfish are MIA. Usually order a box of HUHCs in January too but haven't gotten around to that.

Looking to try some new stuff but stay in the lanes I like. I smoked down my stock to just one desktop humi and I want to refill my Pelican case again. But I don't want to go about it the same way as last time I got fully stocked and just buy all the sales without really thinking about what it is. I want stuff I'd like. Sounds like these will be right up my alley. Conan said he'll send me a fiver. I went ahead and ordered a box of corojo coronas too.

Thanks guys

If you have a shpo to got to I’d encourage you to try the CLE lines, the CBT, Dark, 20 years and 25th.

Well, technically I never said it was gonna be a fiver. But I do promise to send the cigars in a SFR.

I was a big fan of the old Camacho Corojo and the Aladino Corojo Reserva reminds me of that cigar...

Anyone remember a long time ago when Camacho had the “free cigar” offer.
Forgot how it was setup, but a bunch of us got that free cigar.
And of course now I can’t remember what cigar it was, but I THINK it was a Corojo, but the wrapper was darker than any Corojo wrapper I’d ever seen.
Aaaaand, it was a great cigar imho.

my fave of that group would be the CLE First 20 years Colorado, pure Honduran corojo bliss...a little pricier than the Aladino Corojo Reserva, which is nearly as good

Oh just remembered….their PCA limited release with the Cameroon wrapper is outstanding for a more medium cigar if you enjoy that wrapper.

I haven't... and I'm guessing you are recommending that I do...if they are as good as or better than the Eiroa First 20 Years Colorado, then thank you!

As soon as my buying hiatus, the Ironclad Resolution, expires mid April, they will be on the ever lengthening list...

Love lanceros like I like my women. Tall and thin

Lemonhead the dink was my lancero mentor sorta, he sent me several that he didn't want and I sent him several fatties that I didn't want.

Took a bag of the seaweed chips to work tonight. They're "delicious with good from the sea"

I do like them. The Filipino nurses got into the bag too.
