Biden is a walking/talking bloviator of LEFTY clichés, platitudes, and slogans.
There can be no argument there, except for folks that are idjuts.

But he already did raise taxes on everyone already with his INFLATION PRODUCTION POLICIES.

Biden has said that infrastructure spending is a top priority of his administration, so some of that extra money could be going to modernizing America.

He also blamed his predecessor for worsening America's debt situation.

“In the previous administration, America’s deficit went up every year, four years in a row. And because of those record deficits, no President added more to the national debt — that’s a 200-year debt — never added more to the national debt than my predecessor," Biden said.

"Nearly 25 percent of the entire national debt accumulated over 200 years was accumulated as a consequence of the tax cuts of this last administration and other spending."

Meanwhile, he sees his own economic plan to reduce the debt as "working."

"Here’s the bottom line: My economic plan is working. It’s reduced the — reducing the deficit. It’s fiscally responsible. We got more work to do, but we’re making a lot of progress," he said during a speech to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Lanham, Md. earlier this month.
