Let's see if I spell this right, Tyku Sake, a Japanese import. It is a Junmai Ginjo with hints of peach.

Omakase sushi dinner at Morio's (...18-ish seat place that sometimes requires 3 months in advance reservations...) with 4 different sakes shared between 6 people. All of them were bought in Japan so no English on the labels.
47 - Black Cow (...at least that's what my wife's friend thought it translated to...)
48 to 50 - unknown / forgot
All were very good.
Joel - the Otoro was *excellent*!

Friend gave us a commemorative bottle from the brewery but everything is in Japanese so have no clue what we drank. However, the bottle is very similar to their “Cap Ace” so think its probably that.

Son came back from Japan and brought a bottle of what is supposed to be the distillery's best offering. It is fantastic!
Cost him approximately $50 US at the brewery, probably around $200 at a sushi bar here.

Many thanks to DED for RAOKing this a couple-ish weeks ago. Nice and clean, subtle kick. Definitely something I would buy and bring back when / if I visit AZ again.

Wife’s birthday so our son bought nigiri sushi, hamachi and otoro sashimi and hamachi kama for dinner. He also brought his last bottle of this exceptional sake that he got from Japan earlier this year.

A very light, dry sake. First time trying this one, wind drink again but wanted something a little stronger with the spiciness of the sushi.

Wife decided to do an all-tempura dinner - mahi, zucchini, and asparagus - so the sake fit the meal perfectly.

Excellent!
We ordered a half bottle with our dinner tonight at Katsu Midori Sushi inside the Prince Waikiki Hotel. Paired perfectly with our sushi, sashimi and tempura. A bit pricey but I would definitely buy a bottle if I found it in the wild.
