Anthony... reparations isn't becoming a "thing"... there isn't a growing trend of suggesting it. The only place I ever see it is in articles intended to make people afraid blacks are going to start asking for reparations....

Seems Conyers and the CBC have been doing this for awhile. Every time a new Congress convenes they reintroduce the same legislation. Not sure how long they have been doing it.
