I know I am new to the forum, but I make jerky and have been for years. I have never had anyone not love my jerky, many say its the best they have ever had.
I even printed labels for them, full color with logo....

I have three pounds of sliced top round in my fridge right now that will be making jerky with, as its time for me to stock up for summer. I would have no problem shipping out three pounds worth of meat that I started with, not 3 pounds of finished jerky. One batch fills a large size zip-lock maybe 70%. Would come vacuum sealed, and I may still have silica gel packs to use.

I see now that Busa got some tasty meat. If Busa or anyone else were interested let me know. Only one person though please, maybe could be something I could do more than once, depends how it goes.
