Officially, once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted. However, we know that 'stuff' happens and on occasion a bid is placed in error. So the CS Team is always ready to help out. Just remember that we can't do anything with a bid while its active. The only time we can make changes is the winnings have been downloaded. Then we can remove 'the offender" from your order.
The 15% restocking fee is for chronic offenders - people who just bid on anything and everything, and then realize they don't want all of it and ask us to remove it. Not only do they put a halt on the automation when we have to adjust their order, but they took away merchandise that someone else was willing to buy.
Bottom line is this: If you need assistance, we have a team of lovely ladies here that are willing to help. We thoroughly understand drunk bidding, fat fingers, and general confusion and are willing help keep your homelife under control!
