Bought a box of Illusione Epernay and it came usps today. On a Sunday. Weird but I'm not gonna argue.

Opened the package, box has a red stamp on the back that says "DIC 2021" hopefully they were warehoused properly. And hopefully I love these as much as I remember.

My excitement for the free aging on the box of Epernay was short lived.

Opened it up to a bundle of mold.

Went out and bought some wheel weights for the boys pinewood derby car. Got home and they just would not melt wtf. Package says "lead free wheel weights" wasted $9.

From reading boo lit caster's laments, those weights.might be all zinc or have a large about of zinc.

Yup.

It's not bad. If it happened on my watch I'd wipe and move on. Not all of them are moldy either just the 10 in the middle. The outer ones are fine.

For those that want to burn some calories, I'm thinking David Byrne burned a few on this song alone not to mention the rest of the band. Probably a weeks worth of calories combined for this one song.

Back to the part time grind.
28 now, later ….. 62?
Stocking cap and long underwear in the morning, pants and baseball hat in the afternoon. Tough day to address dressing.

45 on the dog walk. Light pants and a hoodie were sufficient. 65 predicted high today? Ooof.

Off to the gym... legs and shoulders today, but we're going lighter weight and higher reps to switch things up.

Are you worried about hoodie wear in Florida ?

Why would I be worried about wearing a hoodie?

I'm in my neighborhood and I am not participating in criminal activity. Nothing to worry about.

The gym that I frequent is about 4-5 miles away... someone got shot in front of it a couple months ago and there was a "faces of meth" gathering outside it this morning. 2 dudes and a chick... all of them in various stages of losing their teeth. Skinny. Haggard looking. Acting weird like meth heads do...

They don't bother me, I won't bother them.Angel

Happy Tuesday fellas

Boss man sposeda be getting me a new parking pass. HR said I had to park in the big general lot. I was saying yesterday that even at a light jog there's 6 minutes of my commute on foot. 8 minutes at regular pace. When we're on call it's 30 minute response time. Most of the time I can get there in 20-25 minutes but the walking part is a third of that so if im called in during the day on a weekend i dont think I can make it. He asked why I wasn't parking in the cath lab lot, told him HR says I'm in lot 2. He said that's wrong and he'd get it fixed.
