Do you believe that every Palestinian in Gaza supports Hamas? Not possible. There are people there just trying to get by one day to the next. They aren’t all evil.

It’s like saying because NYC is full of moderate to fully liberal Democrats, so the twin towers coming down isn’t a big deal. They were all socialists, communists and free speech haters anyway.

I don’t buy that either.

Here's the thing, though, 8... Most of them (or their parents) were offered Jordanian citizenship and could have left the mess behind. Instead, they held on to (and were spoon fed with no resistance) a violent notion that eventually they would reverse the "Nakba" and drive all the Jews out and live happily ever after.

Now, one would think that after that didn't work out five or ten times, they would smarten up, but even when given a level of autonomy (they were given governing rights to Gaza) they took all the billions of dollars the UN gives them every year and, instead of creating something, ANYthing frankly, that is of use to the world or the betterment of humanity, they dig tunnels and build rockets and take hostages. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Eventually, you just have to accept that, as a people, they are not going to change in any reasonable time period and abruptly stop being the hemorrhoid of the Middle East.

No. Not every Gazan supports Hamas or is evil.

But, Gaza willingly voted Hamas in and hasn't gotten rid of it. That makes Gaza complicit in everything Hamas does.

Kind of like: if your not part of the solution you are part of the problem. Read just the blue print in post#46. If there is no impairment/destruction of Hamas, what is Israel supposed to do when attacked like this again and again?

According to The Squad, they’re supposed to be quiet and peaceful.

I'm not a fan of violence. I understand that not everyone in Gaza should be punished for what the terrorists do (yes, I too will call them terrorists) but my thoughts are in line with Stogie and rfrenst. They have been given billions of dollars and support to change their ways but used it for evil not good.

Every choice has results, If you don't like the results maybe you need to make better choices.

The evils of Duhmacracy strikes again. Hamas is leftist, the fact that so many progressive social-justice warriors defend Hamas and its blood-soaked tactics is proof enough.

A few comments on the events of the week:

The Democratic Party has an anti-Semitic problem.

A lot of American universities have an anti-Semitic problem.

Black Live Matter has an anti-Semitic problem.

Why is it nobody ever asks Hamas or Hezbollah to use “restraint”?

We probably should rethink the open border policy.

Sure wish we didn’t purge the strategic petroleum reserve.

Maybe there is a good reason for people to own an AR-15.

Americans were killed in Israel. Americans were taken hostage in Israel. It is safe to assume they will be dead.

I would like to know what aircraft are at Diego Garcia right now.

No, no... outrage is selective. We have a D in the white house right now. He can do no wrong. When there's an R... he can do no right and the outrage is fomented.

It does seem odd that there are Americans held hostage and it just doesn’t seem like that big of a story.

I wonder what the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion score is for Hamas.

Thanks, Stogie.
Wondering where the non-Hamas lovers living in Gaza consider Home. Can’t come up with an apt comparison. If for instance I considered San Francisco home, and a bunch of BLM or ANTIFA or homeless people went out and killed a thousand Texans, would it be okay to have Governor Abbott send in a bunch of gun toting Texas to level SF because it is widely known the SF city government had the money and the ability to shut up BLM, ANTIFA, and the homeless up and didn’t.

That paragraph doesn’t get to where I’m trying to go, but directionally, that is were my concussed mind floats toward.

Maybe the LA Riots in the 90s is better. The masonry work the gangsters did on Reginald Denny and others, could or should a military force go in and raze everything in South Central?

Jordanian citizenship. If you could stay home in the Phoenix area you live in, and you were offered citizenship in Santa Fe because it is similar and safer, would you leave if you were a third generation Phoenician?

Also wondering how much the citizens really knew about what Hamas was up to. It is apparent Mossad and the IDF had no clue.

Hamas has to pay a heavy price for this. Don’t know how surgical Israel can be, although they have to at least give the appearance of not trying to kill everyone and everything. Although that could be on the table being that is what Hamas wants to do to the Jews.
