Do any of you dude's and dudette's golf? Do you burn a few during the round? I just solved the great mystery of where to put your stogie by buying a cigar clip for the cart. Now I have a place to keep my puro while I'm not in the cart. When walking, it ends up on the ground. Not my favorite spot for a cigar.

I keep a box of the CAO cammie toro on hand, got to like 'em. I finished a 5 pack of the churchill square tubo. Those were very good also but the tubes don't fit in my cases. I guess I need a square case. ( I like to use tubes to line my 2 ddn 3 finger leather cases)

Those square CAO tubes and a couple of the La Aurora(sp) platinum tubes make a great wind chime. LoL

There's a STRONG rumor going 'round...Now I'm not one to gossip, but the cigar clip also can be attached to a putter. Great for those foursomes! Especially when you've got Mr.DeadEye in the group. You know the guy...takes 1/2 hour to line up his shot and survey the green. Hell, I've seen pros take less time lining up than most of these guys. Most of the time they don't even make the shot! To which I declare that they could shoot twice as much in half the time!

Sadly, I have left some good smokes on the ground after admiring a shot and walking off and leaving the cigar!!!!

That's why you need the cigar clip. The putter idea is a good one. It may even help with the alignment if you get it just right. Strap a big old 7 x 50 on there and it's like having a nice rifle sight.

Cigars and golf is right up there with sex with someone else. I'm usually good for 2 Hoyo de Monterrey double corona-double maduros and 1 Onyx Reserve Churchill. I find they go about 6 holes each. I'm thinking of charging my cart partners for all that fine 2nd hand smoke that they now get for free.

Golf is for lesbians and the elderly. I prefer the more masculine activities like ballroom dancing and cockfighting. Nothing beats a cigar while waltzing your sweetie across the dance floor or watching two pissed off roosters rip each other to pieces. Did I mention that golf is for pussies?

I cant play golf and smoke a cigar at the same time. I dont know what it is but I lose the cigar within 2 holes. I need some sort of contraption to keep it attached to my bag when Im up for a shot. Anyone have any suggestions? Hey eze, if golf is for pussies, maybe you should get out there more often huh?

hey, try making a small hole in the mouth end of your cigar, thread a string through it and wear it around your neck, sorta like those "granny-glasses" chains ... betcha that flame end touching your chest will remind you frequently of where the 'gar is ...

Hey guys, Ive been busy as hell and trying to smoke as much leaf as possible. I havent been on the forum for a while and felt the need to revisit. I have to make it a point to get on here at least once a day. Havent spoke to you guys ina while. Sorry, you know I love ya. Hopefully I can keep this up.

The cigar on a string isnt a bad idea actually!!! Ill probably burn my ass while im wearing it so Ill see how that goes. Keep the beer flowin and the leaf burnin.

You all are hilarious its my first visit to this forum. I lost so many cigars - I remember taking out a nice new cigar, putting in on the cart seat while I wnet to the green to putt out. I started to drive to the next tee when I remembered it - I never saw it again. I looked all around, came back later and looked again. Nothing. Never could figure it out. :-( lol!

I often read that a cigar is good on the golf course.

What does this mean???

Will I lose less balls, will I care less when I lose a sleeve of my freshest balls?

Our much beloved past president felt that sex and cigars went well together too ... I, on the other hand, find myself far too otherwise occupied to even consider the merits of a cigar during sex, much less enjoy one ...

Golf and cigars, however, is a good combination ... whether walking the course or riding a cart, a cigar suits the pace of the game and the leisurely enjoyment that it brings ...
