Modern Marvels.

Use to love watching this show on the History Channel when I subscribed to cable TV. I was a History Channel addict. Now that I cut the cord and stream things, I ran into it again. It has it's own free streaming channel. 24-7 of Modern Marvels (although it loops through the same episodes every day but a new loop the next day).

How It's Made (I like that series too) also has it's own fee streaming channel. I should look to see if they have the Dirty Jobs series on a channel. That was another one of my favs.

Found it, Dirty Jobs is on Hulu.

Modern Marvels: Engineering Disasters.

One of the best ways to learn is through failures. So, in my quest for more knowledge, I'll continue to fail.

So says you. Numbers are relevant. I start counting at 0 or maybe 2... gonna have to check my fingers and toes to tabulate the counts, If I have more that 20 digits, I should probably donate a few thousand.

Just checked... I have 19 and 3/4 digits on my hands and feet (Franking table saw took 1/4 of a thumb).

Speaking of Frank, if I had his extra (cough) "appendage" I'd be ahead of the game.

I rarely watch TV outside of YouTube videos, and comedy adult cartoons. Sometimes stand up specials but never anything like this.

Fallout.

I'm a huge fan of the videogame series. I've probably logged more hours playing Fallout than any/all games combined. The story and playthrough is so engaging. I initially dismissed the show until I read about it in a reddit post that it's the same general theme but not following the stories already told. So I gave a live action TV series a try.

I got in a fight with a lot splitter about 12 years ago. It was right after I found this place. Still have about 98.2% of my right ring finger even though the last joint is fused. That’s what happens when you make pea gravel from a bone. The right pinkie is a tad bit shorter by about a mm or 2 than before the fight. But I can still make a fist so all is not lost.

That thread was when I was in the ER waiting to go back. I think there is a picture thread where I posted the x-ray.

Watched a couple NHL playoff game 7s. The replays on the ESPN app cut out all the stoppages and commercials so u can watch a game in an hour and watch all action.

The Game 7 in Boston was a good game. That OT goal by Pastrnak was incredible.

Can’t say that Rick is wrong but I guess for the reasons why he chose what he chose, it’s hard to disagree. My pick is different but it’s from 1969 so wouldn’t, technically, be considered.

Prime, BOSCH. I’m doing a marathon. That’s how I like to watch any series if possible. This was much better than I expected.

RAM, I’m thoroughly enjoying it. Have you watched Goliath? Like BOSCH, the first episode was probably the worst of the entire series. Truly entertaining once they get the hook in you.

"Follow That Bird".

Been decades since I saw it. Used to be a favorite with my daughter growing up.

That reminds me...
