How does this affect the CCP?

Discuss.

Also what does a turtle retirement home look like?

The CCP will save money now that they don't have to pay him and his wife all those suitcases full o' cash.

Another senator that outlived his usefullness, BUT I will remember him fondly for flipping Harry Reid's gamemanship with "House" rules. Told him not to do it in open session that it will boomerang back on them and nobody wins. Guess what? McConnell did it. Time and again. With deft precision much to the Dems gnashing of teeth. They knew deep down they did it to themselves.

A wretched geriatric Leftist lauds McConnell. Ain't that sweet?

Pelosi praises McConnell after announcement on departure as Senate GOP leader

Pelosi similarly stepped down as party leader but stayed in Congress.

Quote:
Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi praised Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell after he announced Wednesday he would step down as the Senate GOP party leader.

“Leader Mitch McConnell is to be recognized for his patriotism and decades of service to Kentucky, to the Congress and to our Country," the veteran California Democrat said in a statement. "He and I have worked together since we were appropriators, long before either of us were Leaders in the Congress. While we often disagreed, we shared our responsibility to the American people to find common ground whenever possible. I send best wishes to him and Elaine as they prepare for their next chapter.”

Pelosi made a similar exit from party leadership after last Congress, stepping aside as House Democrats' party leader to make way for a new generation. Like McConnell, Pelosi had opted to stay in Congress even after departing from leadership. She and other former top party leaders have instead become elder sages in the caucus.

Ah yes, the recently departed Angela Chao, CEO of the shipping company Foremost Group and the sister of Elaine Chao, who is married to Mitch McConnell and Elaine served as labor secretary under former President George W. Bush and transportation secretary under former President Donald Trump.

Well they won’t release the address (private property) and try finding what vehicle she was driving……how often do you remember seeing that with a very public person. It’s usually a big part of the reporting.

Was a Kennedy with her when this tragic incident occurred? Did it happen at Martha’s Vineyard or Chappaquiddick Island?

The pond is located on property owned by a corporation with ties to Angela Chao's husband.
The sheriff's investigation has not ruled out foul play.
