To me the difference is subtle, but noticeable
The difference between the G, O, and V is blend, quality, and price not necessarily strength.
The melanio is probably a med/full to full strength cigar, while the V I would classify as full+, an exceptionally strong cigar.
Similar to Oliva V which to me is a really spicy cigar
