I will never use a food delivery service.**

**I did order pizza delivery long ago. Don't do so any more.

Franking GROSS! Sick

Used door delivery once, back in 2020 for Thanksgiving and the driver had a well kept Infiniti i35 so we kinda figured she was cool (…I know, I know, looks can be deceiving…). During the work week my wife and I were full-time watching our granddaughters since our daughter and SIL had to go into work so didn’t feel like putting together dinner. Found a GREAT deal from a well-known restaurant and the delivery fee to our house was only $15 so was a small price to pay. Other than that, haven’t had any reason to use delivery services. Not that I’mma anti-delivery, I’mma just not so lazy that I can’t get into my car and pick up our own food. But, I understand it’s sometimes a matter of convenience depending on what’s happening in people’s lives.

Damn. WTF She should have told them "without sauce".

We get our beef (steaks and burger) from a farmer in the next county over and most of our vegetables are grown by us here at Hivelyland.

Plus this place is loaded down with organic venison. So much so that I'm going to call the DNR and see about getting some Nuisance deer tags for next spring. I'm tired of those mofos eating our flowers.

I'm not a hunter and I love the outdoors, wild life and most animals. But if you bag a deer or two, I'll pay shipping charges for some venison.

I don't mind paying for delivery fee, however most items are already $1 or more higher when ordering though for dash, then you got the delivery fee, then an additional percentage fee, plus tip. If you are ordering for a big group it becomes more expensive. We usually eat out when we have friends over and use to order food after we have already had a few drinks and did delivery for safety. Now because of the higher prices we order early and pick it up before we start drinking.

Never used DoorDash. Do they deliver fresh venison? I could go for hunk of venison backstrap seared in some bacon fat and cooked to medium rare.

Deer eat my crops so badly I despise those creatures. I’ll eat one or so a year but honestly I’d shoot them just to give the meat away. I have nuisance tags.

I ain't got no quarrel with them deers.... but I do like to eat the meat.

I'm not a hunter but I respect those that are. As long as you are hunting for meat to eat or keep pests in check and not killing stuff just because. All the hunters I know are some of the best environmentalists.

DeerDash would be as bad as Amazon, and your neighbor would end up getting the food. You would only get a picture of it on your phone.
