Has anybody tried those “Balance of Nature” supplements that are heavily advertised on Fox News?

I thought for a moment when I saw the title that you were going ask about supplements to take for hot flashes.

But no, I haven't tried “Balance of Nature” or that Immuno 150 by that 89 year old Elmer Heinrich guy who says "I can do anything today and I mean anything" with my 80 year old wife today that I did 30 years ago..

Those commercials are weird. Like is he telling us he’s still taking her to pound town?

I just take a general multi vitamin in the morning. No special brand. Probably don't even need one. If you eat a healthy well balanced diet of food and drink you likely don't need extra vitamins. I take one out of habit. Not sure I need one but I take it anyway.

Total "RIP OFF" IMHO you going to tell me they grow fresh fruit & vegetables just to be ground up in powder?
Read up on the reviews and you decide. They rip you off for the number of capsules (3 each) gets expensive.
Many others equal to them and less number to take and cost less.

I just eat regular fruit & veggies and take Centrum Vitamins.

They do work in a certain kind of way. Fair balanced with occasional wild veers to the right. Impossible to move to the left.

Good rule of thumb.

If my local natural food store doesn’t carry them, I don’t buy them.
