One the best 3rd basemen of all-time. I loved watching him in the ‘70 World Series.

Remember him playing. Scary to remember watching him, and realizing he was 86.
Seems almost like…
We are getting older.

an all-time great...key member of the '66 Oriole team that swept my weak hitting Dodgers, sending Sandy Koufax into early retirement on a down note...dayum, was that really more than 50 years ago???

RIP Mr. Robinson

This was the first player I remember seeing highlight reels on defensively from back in the day….the guy was a vacuum cleaner with a hose for an arm on the hot corner.

loved Brooks as a kid.
Had to admit he was better than the Red Sox' number 11, Frank Malzone.
Of course having Belanger (the Pride of Pittsfield MA) at short following Aparicio and Hansen, it was hard to say who made it easier for whom...nice problem to have!
And when Frank Robinson joined the team...lights out.

An All Time great on an All Time team.
