Happy Birthday!

What box of good cigars are ya gonna buy to celebrate?
Ooops……..forgot……..you are on hiatus.

Guess we could ask RAM if a “hiatus exception” could be made, given it is your special day and all.
Nah……….that wouldn’t be fair now…………would it?

70 yrs old? Is that in dog years? I'll be in the lower to mid range of 50's in Earth yrs this year and things in my body are reminding me that I should have been more cautious when I was younger. I'll probably make it to 80 or 100 if I'm deep frozen in liquid nitrogen or something.

Hats off to you and Happy belated B-day.

I was just reflecting on how much different 70 is compared to how I felt at 60. I'm feeling old, my body is breaking down and getting weaker. Can't walk as far, as fast, or as long. Can't lift and carry stuff I was able to just a bit ago. Left wrist needs surgery...planned for October. Left knee wearing out and painful when I walk...fishing hurts, so I don't do it much anymore...

But I can lift a glass and a cigar to my lips, which I did last night to celebrate...so I'm happy to be alive!

Thanks for the kind thoughts everybody!!!

This is key. I thank my higher power everyday that I'm still alive. I've cheated death more than once. Apparently it's not my time to go yet.

Sounds about right, if i'm feeling no pain, someone should probably call the undertaker.
