What is going on with CB?? Three 'BO" auctions within the last six months..never to be shipped. Granted, they were never charged, but WTF? In the the past 15 years, I've never had this kind of issue with CB. How about you?

Yep... Cuba suffered pretty badly. Them smoke prices are Astronomical right now. Can't afford 'em no mo... and they were cheaper than most of the NC's I like. d'oh!

Backporders are annoying had 2 way back that I really wanted and never got (cigar discontinued). Sometimes they will substitute something as good or better if they can't get them. My recent backorders in the past few years were quickly filled when they became available..If they are not filled in 4 weeks, give them a call.

During the past six months my experience has been if one try's calling CB customer service they never pick up the phone, just keep you on hold forever. They say during the hold recording that you can speak to them via "live chat', but there is no link on the entire website. No response to the contact us form either. Great deals can be had here, but apparently it's hit or miss.

Just after you sign in to your account a pop up will go on the screen - try a question by clicking on it. It's a new thing, but the only success I've had over the years is by calling and holding on.

Never have seen that when logging in. May be my browser? Anyway, the last thing that was backordered has been shipped after over a week.

Am not going to comment too much, as the last time I crowed about how well they have done (delivering 98.2% of my stuff within a week) the next order was delivered late.

Business can’t get people to work. Fewer workers, poorer service. It’s a math problem. And maybe a Meth problem.

This backorder deal is crazy..... I won a bid on a box of cigars. They said it was on backorder, but they have the same item on a freefall bidding. Is it out of stock or what is the deal???????
