Jade

Tomorrow when I get my wits about me,just came off of a 36 hour Shell rig hop and my brain is drained,I'll send you some info on great virginia's I've had recently.Right now Orlik's Golden Sliced is the only one coming to mind.....and it is incredible for such a simple tobacco.

I'll make a recommendation, if that's alright. Try Sam Gawith's Best Brown Flake. It's a very smooth, mild, and creamy smoke that's perfect for smoking anytime.

The absolute best straight virginia flake I've had is the Orlik's mentioned above.Sweet and citrusy through and through.I smoke this almost daily.

Some of the best vapers/vaburs/vaperburs I've had are

Davidoff Flake Medallions
Peter Stokkebye Luxury Bullseye Flake
Peter Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake
Newminster Superior Round Slices
Peterson University Flake
Rattrays Marlin Flake
G.L.Pease Montgomery
Peterson Irish Flake
Samuel Gawith's St James Flake(This stuff is all but impossible to find...anyone has or finds any I'll more than make it worth it to you)
C&D Exhausted Rooster
C&D Bayou Morning Flake
C&D Billy Budd
G.L.Pease Key Largo
G.L.Pease Filmore
McConnells Scottish Cake
H&H AJ's Vaper
H&H Anniversary Cake
Rattray's Hal O the Wynd

OK there's a short list of good baccy with mostly natural virginia's forward. Some may be slightly more burley forward but thats a good thing.I find burley forward blends remind me of a great cigar.High marks for this quality go to Billy Budd and Key Largo(odd thing is both these blends have latakia in them and I'm not a huge fan.Yet both of these remain my favorite CIGAR blends)......Something I think all us crossover smokers can appreciate.

Willy Virginia flake has a higher VSU and better mouth feel than Grapenuts.

That and George Dickel Barrel Select...

What's with all the pipe threads lately anyway? It ain't called PipeBid after all.

Gave em away all over a decade ago. Just ain't got the hear to rebuild. Kinda like my movie and music collection after going thru a couple of format changes...
