As some of you know my little princess is due any day now, need some advise on which to smoke.
Also if you select the buy a box choice, I really would appreciate a suggestion on what box you would choose.

To the guys that gifted me the smokes I listed, I appreciate everything.
The kindness around here is awesome!!

Since I'm a bit of a Fuente ho, I'll second Brad's recommendation on the Power Ranger. I've smoked plenty and enjoyed everyone of them. However, the other smokes you listed are all super as well.

As a suggestion what ever you decide, make sure it is a cigar that ages well. I had just started smoking cigars so I didn't yet understand the need to buy cigars that would sleep well. As a result, I bought a bundle of not so age friendly cigars when my son was born. About a year ago he and I had a father son Herf for his first ever cigar. We tried smoking the last two from the bundle I had bought way back when. Needless to say, we put them out and finished our herf with a couple of CC's sent to me from a great BOTL from New York.

BTW, congrats to you and your wife.

Really then why are you making ISO post on OLH. Unless you are trying to drive the price up to sell your stash off.....

Taps revising an ISO I had up three months ago doesn't qualify for driving up a price. I listed my ISO long ago only thing I changed was I added a box of brex.

So your theroy doesn't honestly make much sense, my offer price was below after market value.

But since I'm in a good mood this morning ill tell why I'm ISO of those certain sticks. I'm actually looking for doubles of smokes I already have so that I can keep my collection and gift another complete set of every Liga ever made. to a brother that's down on his luck. And that just lost his Job & wife.

Not that I needed to give you an explanation I figured I would anyways so that you could have an understanding instead of coming up with false therories-

Btw: I would never list my collection (or as you say stash) on online humidor. If I ever choose to sell it (which I never will) I'd list it on auction and donate the money to my nephew's charity. Same thing I did with my Padron millennium humidor around Christmas time.

So please don't ACT like you know me, you don't. There's maybe 4-5 guys on this forum that know me. And you're not one of them, If you wanna join In on people trying to be tough guys behind a computer screen then go right on ahead but it doesn't make you a man. It makes you look like a scared little boy then needs a hobby...

So please Taps know some FACTS before you speak to me or about me. I gotta go now I promised my wife I wouldn't dedicate anymore time to Internet tough guys... ;)

so you waited to revise a 3 month old thread 10 minutes after ZLC posted his WTB thread with same cigars. Come on King there are plenty of people on here that know you are shady at the very least. Now that you deleted your thread I guess you can say whatever you want to.

Taps that's exactly what it is.., you going around forums TRYING to bully people when in reality you wouldn't say 10% of the things you say to people on these forums In person... Either way its doesn't matter man IDC, you do you & ill do me. You can pick a fight with someone else cause I don't got the time or care enough to go back in forth about pointless crap...

Shaun I think you a little late on time bro,

I deleted the listing when I woke up this morning & seen that Zayne had a similar listing up... I didn't do it to please you or anyone else I did it out of respect for Zayne.

You must not pay close attention because the only thing different that I changed on my listing was adding a box of brex... It's the EXACT same listing that I put up months ago. I find it hilarious you care that much though. Doesn't matter what I do. I can list something for sale & someone will cry- about it. I can list an ISO an someone will cry about it, either way there's gonna be someone that has nothing better to do with there time but spend their Saturday morning crying about smokes that have NOTHING to do with them. I suggest getting another hobby buddy because you definitely have way too much time on your hands...

Anyways I will not be replying to anymore of this nonsense. I promised the wife I wouldn't dedicate any extra time to defending myself to misinformed Internet tough guys...

Congrats CSG on the blessing brother, you're child, wife, & family will be in my prayers...

See you all again in four months... :)

Chris, smoke the one cigar that is the most special to you on that special day. And buy a box of something to celebrate every birthday from here on out.

I'd buy a 50 count cab of something that you like now, which may hold up over the years. A LFD of some kind? With a 50 count cab, you'd have enough to share with her on her birthdays when she's old enough to smoke!!!

Then smoke the one jamie sent on the day and buy ya a box of the same to put away. The one jamie sent is probably the most meaningful one of the bunch. He is ur vet and he is ur friend.

Congrats brother.

This place should really give a few guys here "moderator powers" so they could move schitt posts out of threads like these. Sorry for the rant.

I would get a nice box of CC's with the box date of the same month and year as the birth. There are several of us here who can help with that if you need it. It may mean delaying that initial purchase for a month or so but if you're going to save them and smoke one a year on the birthday then that should be fine.

As far as the big day, smoke a cigar that means something to you if you have anything that fits that bill, if not go get a Padron Family Reserve (45 is my favorite). Very memorable smoke IMO.

I'd do the box route, but I'd do some homework with the guys here make sure I was getting a box of something that has a history of aging well and not losing its strength in time. Some cigars actually lessen in flavor quality with age imo. I've had some opus that aged well in smoothness but really lost some punch over time. Hate to buy a great box of cigars and find 6 years from now their not so great! Lol, Just my 2 cents.

With that said anything would seem spectacular with the emotional connection, I'd suggest getting a nice bottle of scotch to pair with it every year to really hit a homerun...

Congratulations on your new arrival, safe delivery for your wife and baby. Enjoy the ride, its a beautiful moment that somehow keeps getting better every year for me and my wife!

I'd have to agree with TwhitcombeTwhitcombe. Get a box of good smokes that age well and enjoy 1 every year.
