what's the ambient humidity in the room where your cigars/humidor are kept? if it's higher than 70, you might need some silica dessicant packs to remove the excess humidity ...if you have an empty cigar box, let it sit in a place with low humidity, then put your just delivered cigars in it for a few days (this is called "dry boxing"), while monitoring the RH inside...
BTW, most of the long-time cigar smokers here don't abide by the 70 RH "gospel" ...most prefer low 60's
