Has anyone else been havingany issues contacting or dealing with Cigarbid's customer service lately? I've sent 3 emails with no response and been on hold for too long to count. I just want to know whats going on with my order.

Yes, one or two people may have mentioned this in passing.

Emails aren't effective currently. Phone calls are, but reported wait times have exceeded 2+hrs

Pretty sure my $$ is gone.
Half my order never shipped.
Customer service doesnt exist.

About to file a claim with my card to see about getting my $$ back.

Have an order thats over 3 weeks old. sent CS 5 messages, and still no answer. Called, but message said they are closed on a thursday for some reason.

Love the prices of the cigars, but their CS is ****.
