Nevertheless, there is one thing I am frosted about. Every order is going out UPS free saver shipping. Even though my shipping preference is otherwise. I gladly pay a premium so that my sticks don't take forever to get to me. The order put together last Thursday isn't going to arrive until next Saturday - grrrrrrrrrrrr. 9 days is way too long for my tastes.
And even though I have sent multiple messages asking them not to - they have continued (they may be forced to, I dunno) which is forgivable. Never hearing squat back - even a "sorry, nothing we can do about it" email is less so

That's interesting, about UPS saver service. Someone was posting on another forum last week claiming that they had spoken to a UPS supervisor in the geographic area somewhere around CI and apparently UPS is well aware of CI's problems. They didn't say what it was specifically, but they did say that the supervisor made a comment to the order of that something went horribly wrong and they've never seen this big a catastrophe before. To the point of, and this is hindsight or even possibly sour grapes, but "that they never should have done the upgrade".
