I really want their V cut and punch cut...even though the prices are lower, it is still hard to justify them when I have other cutters that work fine.
From other sources I have heard, only some of the XO's have the gear issues you guys are talking about. Have a friend that played with two of them. Said one was super slick and smooth and the other was gritty feeling. I imagine the gears could get gunked up dirt, dust and cigar pieces. Seems like an odd design all around.
I would take one if it was given to me, but really don't think I can justify that much for a cutter with iffy reviews.
