C+P'd from the site that posts the standings for the 13 run pool.
Winning
The first team to have every run from 0 through 13 as the final score of their games wins. Total runs scored over 14 do not help a team win.
However, if the winning team has played more games than those teams beneath them, a winner is not declared until each team has played those remaining games.
Ties are very infrequent, but should be resolved in the following priority:
Games played – the winner is the team that finished with the least amount of games played.
Date finished – the winner is the team that finished on the earliest date.
If a nearly impossible scenario presents itself and there is still a tie after using the tiebreakers above, both teams should split the win.Not sure if Let'sRock is using these rules or his own, as this situation was not addressed, (that I could see), in the OP of this contest.
Of course, the point is moot if Cleveland doesn't score their 12 runs in the next game.
