I personally have a fair amount of contempt for our beloved federal government, customs included.

Its not difficult to pull the wool over there eyes.....

Most people overestimate the Fed......They do not scan or investigate any packages under a pound.

99% of all goods imported or packages sent from abroad are allowed through without any sort of customs interaction at all.

I personally found a reputable online retailer by going to the "Habanos SA" website.

As the company that distributes all CC is not a US company nor has any facilities in the US it is totally legal to buy and sell CC online.

It is illegal to import or possess them as a US citizen though, so the only real hurdle is your own conscience.
