Man, I wish I had time to smoke on the 11th MEU. Then again, I was on the USS Tarawa....that pig would've probably burnt down. Only thing holding her together was the 10 coats of paint and all the bird s#it. LOL! I will say this much though, I'd rather be here in the dirt than back on that boat. That's just TOO confined. That's more of a groundhogs day than here. Chow is better too. I can't stand even the smell of curry anymore after that float. Take care gents....

We are on month 6 of a 10 + month float. its been 70 something days since I have seen land, let alone touched it. If we didn't smoke, I think I would take up swimming lol. Be safe out there Rich. Semper FI
