LMK what you think of the El Gran Rey and the Gloria de Leon.If you truly haven't had the AF 858 SunGrown before.....go ahead and smoke that one now.I'll send some aged versions in 2-3 years.

I've only had a few of them, but those that I've tried have all been fantastic. I imagine the same will hold true of the rest of the selection. Clearly Ron is a man of good taste. Good on ya.

You know, the 8-5-8 is the only one I have tried, come to think of it, but only once and it's been awhile. I smoked the Gloria de Leon right away and really enjoyed it. You mentioned "crisp" in the MB3 thread, a good description and one that works for this cigar as well. Nice flavor but light enough to be perfect with a cup of coffee. Thanks again, I've been having fun with these sticks.

I smoked the Cojonu last night after the MB3 and really enjoyed THAT one as well! Great medium body, lots of flavor and a nice, if not a little short, finish. It was the perfect way to end my evening.

...and IT'S on deck for tonight while I'm grillin' venison kabobs! Looks like a gooooood crackah.

Right now enjoying the heck out of the start of a 5 Vegas Cask Strength (thanks again Dave!) with a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Perfect match for this steamy 90 degree summer afternoon.
