There is at least one person that overbids on the closeout lots. He/She bidded early enough to get the lot for the closeout price but chose to add 2 bucks to his/her bid
Can anyone "splain" this?

may have thought they were selecting the max bid instead of bid. IMHO dunno just guessing.
