15 lbs of smoked Alaskan Salmon, 20 lbs of Dungeoness crab and a Hemingway cigar.

My step brother brought over a bunch of crab, he was even nice enough to cook it up and back it first. LOL!
And he had the salmon left over.

I had to supply the Hemingway, but I had already started on that.

It is amazing how fast that much food can disappear. LOL!

Just got done smoken a bunch of spicy Italian sausage to stuff my turkey with. I have 2 (turkeys). I will smoke one and bake one tomorrow. I love my smoker. I smoke salmon , trout, yellowtail,if you can eat it, you can smoke it. Ain't that right? 0patience! I love smokin and smokin. smokin food smokin cigars.Life is wonderful!
