I have just spent the last 2 hours delivering puppies, to my dog, that was certified not pregnant, 3 days ago, by the local vet. Three day ago, this jerkwad, told me my dog was not pregnant, though I took her in, thinking she was. She had problems with her first pregnancy, so I wanted the vet to moniter this one. The vet diagnosed her with heart disease. He put her on Lasix. Now I am sitting here with a stressed out dog, one premature live puppy, and 6 dead ones, the second one died in clutch while I was at work, the other five were born dead.
Since I am such a nice guy, who has 3 attorneys for relatives, I will do the right thing, and not take this dip**** to court. I am going to make my truck into a small mobile billboard. In this town of 8000 people, my truck will read on three sides.
Dr Neal Jones DVM is a QUACK.
Ask Me How I Know.
I think that might get his attention.
By the way.
This is after leaving 3 messages on his afterhours answering machine, and waiting five hours for a reply, which never came. So, I get home and dislodge the stuck puppy, so she can have the rest of the Dead puppies. This Son of a Bitch, will rue the day, he ignored my emergency call, or he will take me to court.
Remember I have 3 lawyers in the family, but don't want to waste the courts time with something like this.

Pick the best of the three family lawyers and sue the bum. Why should others be subjected to his incompetence? After you win hopefully his insurance company will drop him and he will have to do something respectable for a living--like cleaning up the city with pooper scoopers.

Actually,
I have pictures and am gearing up, but not to sue, to protect myself when he sues me. I am going to run this bum out of town. Add one more dead puppy to the pile. I was up all night with my dog. Now I have to go to work. 14 hours on zero sleep, this ought to be interesting.

Hey Brew...Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Sad story indeed. What's sadder is the fact your "vet" betrayed you and disregarded his oath to basically "be there" for you. Of course, that takes a close 2nd to the fact he's obviously not qualified to be a veterinarian in the first place. Having never been in your particular situation, I would never pretend to know how you feel. But I have some advice. Use your anger as a tool and not a weapon. Be careful, be patient. Go the correct route. Let your legal team, whomever that might be, decide what's next. Don't get yourself into trouble. It's you who are the smart one, and making two fools will put sympathy in BOTH corners. Please keep us posted. Hope this helps some.

mt brother i law recently put large signs on a car and parked it in front of a business owned by people who refused to pay bill he gave them for services rendered. the police were called but the only way they could make him remove it was to threaten him with some obscure local ordinance regarding "mobile banners" and his lack of a permit to operate one. he then argued that it was not a mobile banner because the car was broken down-it would not even start. he only bought it off a guy for $50 bucks and had it towed there the night before. as he expected retribution, he wasn't about to place a decent automobile in front of the business. the whole thing was hilarious, though...

would recommend contacting "legal help" before acting but remember, no one can infringe upon your right to speak your mind......

all in all, i think it's a very good idea, not to mention hilarious...........

Dave

Sorry to hear about your rough day. A good vet is as important to a pet owner as a good doctor to most people. Just like people your dog's gonna need some TLC and a little added attention. I wasn't a real pet lover per say until I met and married my wife. Wait a minute let me clarify that before she reads this and kicks my butt. What I meant to say was. . . oh never mind.

I feel for you man, stay tough.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes Brew. I hope for the best for you and your dog. No offense but if I were you I would listen to these guys about getting legal advice before doing anything that would cause you more pain and anguish later on. Sue the pants off of him then take your dog on a nice vacation to cuba for some nice R&R.

Hey Guys,
I have used the mobile billboard, before. I once had a Datsun 240Z, that had bad brakes. I took it to the local dealership, for new brakes. When I drove away, after paying the bill, it would make a loud screech, when coming to a stop. The service manager, told me that was just the way the new mettalic brake pads were, and they could do nothing about it. I put a sign in the back window that read,"These Brakes repaired at censored Nissan." The owner of the dealership, called me a few weeks later asking if I would remove the signs. I told him that I would as soon as the new brakes, his shop installed quit screeching. The next week they repaired my brakes, with no cost to me, and let me use a 300zx as a loaner.
I have checked with my lawyer, and I am totally within my rights. Beacause there is nothing special about my dog, it would be hard to Prove a "loss" in court, therefore a lawsuit would produce very little by way of results. If I am to get any satisfaction, it will be with him sueing me to remove the signs, and countersueing for attorneys fees. It is a backasswards solution, but an effective one.
Thanks for your support.
