Bro. Rick (DED) is one of the key Veteran players in Billy Smith's Newbie Trade Sampler (see related thread) - This outstanding BOTL arranges not only to "adopt" a newbie and send him a selection that will make most experienced smokers think they've gone to heaven ----BUT ---- he arranges for his newbie (osuride) to donate the return sampler which was destined for DED to be sent to a soldier in Iraq !!!!!!! WTG Bro. Rick !!!
AWESOME GESTURE !! Mega-HOOAH !!!!

"Your Sampler" will be going to a Private in the 10th Mountain Division stationed North of Baghdad --- this young man - by the name of Adam Bouse - hails from Michigan - was a West Point Cadet who was headed to be commisioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in May 2005. After completing and earning his Jump Wings - AIRBORNE last summer - he went to Air Assault School (West Point Cadets do not get summers off !!!) and he was injured during Air Assault training. The injury prevented him from resuming his West Point semester on time in August - and rather then take a semester off and be behind 6 months - Adam resigned from USMA - went active service as a Private - and is now all healed from his injury but is spending his Christmas in the Big Sandbox in Iraq.
That's where your cigars are going Bro. DED - I felt you and your fellow BOTL had the right to know this story .

Awesome! and it's catching! uncleb (my newbie) and I decided to follow suit! uncleb as put together a sampler for a warrior of his choosing from a list I sent! Thanks Rick for the idea brother and thank you docrks for the list! MEGA HOOAH to uncleb!

Glad to be part of this and being a Navy retiree it seemed very fitting. I hope Adam enjoys the smokes and I will say a separate prayer for him. Thanks to deadeyedick for the opportunity. You ar the MAN!!!Mega-HOOAH !!!!
