I was having dinner with a friend from Estonia at a German Biergarten (though of you, Billy) last night and we were talking about all things cigars and otherwise and got on the subject of collecting knives. He's a big knife collector and I brought up the Gurkha knife and he immediately knew what I was talking about - he even knew the name for it, although after 4 very large and strong German beers I forgot, but anyway - he didn't know about that special package with the knife included with a box of Gurkha's but he was very, very interested. He's leaving for Estonia soon and i thought it would make a great gift if I could acquire that knife for him - does anyone have this knife? Could offer tons of top of the line smokes, humidor, etc. or cash. It's prob. a long shot, but he's a good friend and I thought I'd try.

: ) Wish I could remember the names of the biers I had - they were awesome - the first two were "Alts"?? Munched on (pardon spelling) gulash and nerfbergers!

I don't have one Ethan, but CBid does: http://www.cigarbid.com/...on/lot.cfm?lotID=145257

CI is also still selling the cigar and knife combo, though it'll sent you back $250: http://www.cigarsinterna...tem=SP-GH6060-XX-T&cat=3

wow, Slim would be so disappointed in me - lenny, you rock. Thanks!!

But still - if someone has one that they want to part with, I'd rather trade then pay....I'd make it worth your while - have a pretty good stock of all things cigars

I collect knives and bought one of these long ago. Not sure if it is authentic or not. I will see if I can dig it up and email you a pic. Maybe we can do a deal.

I've got one somewhere in the house. I threw away the wooden scabbard and used a leather one. If you're still interested, I'll see if I can dig it up.

Regards,
Mike

I bought my Ghurka knife in Kathmandu, accidently packed it in my carry on bag, and had a bad afternoon with AK47's poking me into an interrogation room.
Not a good day for me.
