I suggest we maintain this thread and its good twin Good Trader- Comments and keep them active here. When you have an usuccessful trade, comment about it here in this thread and mention your trading partner. When you have a good experience, put it in the other thread (Good Trader - Comments)

this is beggin for trouble....not a bad idea - but some ground rules are very necessary - like maybe a period of time to wait for issues to be cleared up before posting?

This is a bad idea, and not in the spirit of this forum.

What PT said...Most of the "Alleged Bad Trades" can be worked out through email and do not need to be made public.

I remember one time an individual posted a negative comment about a trade I did here. They made me out to be a terrible trader. The facts were that I sent my end out one day after I said I would and it took the post office about 5 or 6 days to get it delivered.
I'd hate to end up on a "black list" because someone was impatient or the post office was slow.

Horrible Idea.
Some feel good outdoing others. In the spirit of Tinman and cwilhelmei, Pass on the the good will you recieve from others, it will come back around to you eventually.
Blind trades are the best

I'm with Limoric and the rest of the crew. I have yet to have a bad trade and I've gifted many a cigar just because I appreciated what I was sent in a trade. (Tinman comes to mind.)
Lists for good traders are a very good thing. Lists for bad traders is an accident waiting to happen.

Before you all jump on dbguru, he posted twice, one for a good list and one for a bad. I just don't think that he thought the bad list repurcussions over.
Don't be so quick with your critism.

I agree that blind trades are best. Sure there is always a small percentage of mishaps but I have always been stunned with the generosity that is generated from this board. Lets Keep It Simple

I agree with the other brothers...
We're not children here! If 2 grown adults can't work it out and both walk away from a trade satisfied then it's a sad world.

What if you did a blind trade and you both sent exactly the same cigars. Man, that'd be weird.
