It has bee quite a while since I posted anything on here, but I am back. A friend of mine is turning 22 on Sunday, Nov. 2. What are some good cigars to get him...Not too expensive( I am in college). He got me into cigars so I figure this would be a good way to get him something he likes for is bday. Any suggestions preferably sent to [email protected]

Personally, I would recommend a hooker, but if sticks it is, then it is.
Do you have any idea what other smokes he likes? Does he have any smokes that you can sneak a peak at to see if he likes mild, medium, strong, or slow burnin' peach flavored white owls?

I know some of the cigars he has in his humi. I know he has a few gurkha and arturo fuente. I also know he has some ISOM, or at least he did have some. I know he mentioned he wanted some mild cigars, not too strong. But I am sure any cigar he gets to add to his humi would be appreciated.

Hmmmm, posted on the "Trade Board"?

Mild cigars, there are sooooooo many mild ones and only a few full flavor...

Where to start??

Oh, the heck with it - I recommend AVO consistent and mild. Or if you got the buxs Diamond Crown, Ashtons...

Just my two cents.

Okay, one more thing if you wanna go cheap and good - Candela Astrals - I know what your thinking - Green Cigars No Way!

Give em a try...

Wow - Billy is filling in for Slim!

so, did you want to trade for these, or did you hit the trade boards by mistake? I would also recommend CAO L'Anniversaire Cameroon for a nice medium smoke or La Flor Dominicana L300-700 - or the chisel.... for a lower priced gar - if you want to go top of the line - ditto on the AVO or maybe something that is really packaged well like a Camacho Liberty Coffin...

I was just reading through the posts when I thought of the idea to ask for opinions. I have nothing of importance to trade, just reading through when I got the idea. I do appreciate all the help, and anymore help would be appreciated.

Medium Fuentes, I would look at getting some of the Hemingway series (Short story, signature, classics). Look good, smoke good, hard to go wrong. You also might consider some of the AF 858's in natural, Maduro, or even candela.

If you run across a Bucanero Z, that would be a winner too.
