Hello to you all,
I have received emails of concerns from participants in regards to the safety of the box pass, it has been propossed that a more secure way to preserve the confidentiality of the tracking information be used. So here is my attempt to do so, please this is not final, just a propossed solution, it will only be implemented if most of you agree and understand it, so please give me your feedback ASAP.
The person who is in possesion of the box should post in the board the following, " _______ please contact me at ________ to foward confirmation number for the package. " the person who's name appears in the first line is to contact the person on the second line to acknowledge that he is ready to receive the box next, the person on the second line would foward the confirmation number to the person in the first line, he (person in the first line) would have to then post to the board that he has recieved confirmation and that package is in route. What do you think? confussing? Like I said is not final, so if you have opinions/ideas please do voice them, also can ropeman and Lowman contact me

Thanx

clear and OK. Basically we confirm the shippee is ready, who responds via e-mail, then we e-mail them the confirmation and post that Elvis has left our establishment.

Sounds good to me. I guess taking it off the boards is a little safer.
