Okay fellas most of you have snailed me and the others can do it later. I have composed a preliminary schedule, you guys check it out and tell me if all sits well. I want to ship the box first thing next week. Here's the roster:

chipslave ND
tonester666 IL
Penguin13-rmarrandino IL
tmac7 NY
ropeman PA
smithbw special virtualpick
docRKS NJ
Lowman NJ
Harleydave NJ
tarheel4lyf VA?
homebrew AK
al'Thor TX
wer TX
choner CA
and then back home..... hopefully arround mid October.

Well there it is, most of you are seasoned vets in the box passes, so all rules are basically the same.

1.same for same (using retail pricing)
2.No stepping down only up.
3.Turn arround time of 2-3 days
4.Show BOTL love!!!LOL
5.Post all puts/takes in cbid
6.Before shipping to the next in line make sure they are ready.
and so on.....

I will be emailing complete rules shortly, (doc/al'Thor its a direct copy from yours).

LMK what you all think.

I am about 4.5 hours South of them. If we could meet somewhere near halfway - I would have no idea where though.

chipslave, glad to hear you are ready, I will post confirmation number tomorrow. Penguin13 glad to hear you are also ready. Hope everyone gets as excited as you all, I know I am. I have included in the package 2 boxes(tupperware), one is the tuperdor, this one should only carry the gars, the second is a goodies box, here is the rules, lists, and pre-addressed lables, here is where the goodies you want to pass should go, matches etc.... this are all up for grabs. However the troops bag/hostbag should not go on the goodies box. Anyway I hope I did a good job, hope everyone enjoys the smokes in the pass.

Tmac7 - Let me know if you prefer UPS over USPS. I know I can NOT recieve UPS packages. Since I live in a condo, UPS will not leave the package for me. I would have to go pick it up and since they close at 6:00, it would have to wait until the weekend. So Tone, please send it to me USPS :) I know the rules state Priority Mail but I just thought I would post on the board also.

Hey Penguin13, If you guys agree on whatever kind of shipping it's okay with me, however if you are sending it other than USPS Priority make sure at the very least you ship it 3 day delivery. UPS and I have not had very good encounters, pluss their standard delivery takes 5 days, anyway my .02

I agree. I hate UPS. I've always had luck with USPS (knock on wood) and they seem to be cheaper. I think it was Slim that said if you print the labels online, you get the free delivery confiermation number. I tried it with a trade I just did and it worked out just fine :)

As long as it's coming USPS it's not a problem. I've got my five pack of robusto Bucanero Classic Maddies coming USPS tomorrow (That I won for $17...thank you very much :) Let me know if you want to hit Palmers, Harys, a bar by you, or just go to yours or my home. I'm flexible (and don't have any children) so what ever works for you.

Do we have an ETA for the box? That might make a difference. We can touch base later this week.

I'm guessing Sept 10th?? Maybe?? Figure, three day transit one day hold, then there's the weekend, plus the post office is closed on the 1st. So, sometime between the 8th and the 10th. Thats just a guess though. It could be earlier. I doubt it would be later.

penguin 13, I don't have a preference either way but I should ask, will delivery require a signature? If so,
I'd better give you an alternate address(my office). Let me know and post your e-mail I'll foward it to you.
