Is is a Monte CDA or Tabac? If so...those were my favorite smokes before I had a Bucanero. Well, I liked an occasional CAO Extreme, but those were the mainstays. Hard to find, but I got them wherever I could. Even found them at Costco and Sam's Club around the holidays. Really liked the Delacroix's.

Yes, at least according to the mailman who delivered it.

Thinking about it now, we should have thrown a cheap disposable camera into the box so that everyone could have taken a pic as the box was passed around.

Oh well, hindsight is 20/20. Still early in the game, though. If anyone decides to do it, I'll volunteer to scan in the pics. Heck, I'll even pay to have them developed if someone mails me the camera after the pass is over. I can only imagine the creative pics that would be taken by members of the pass.

I'm pretty sure someone will be home to sign for it. I have two addresses, the address that you sent it to is my sister's house where my mail and packages go. Someone is always home. I live in an apartment in Santa Monica, but don't trust any deliveries made to the apartment complex.

I'll go get a cheap disposable camera if you all want, that would be fun.

But you have to take a picture of yourself with the contents of the box. How about it?

I'm all for it. Maybe throw in a piece of paper along with the camera so that each pass member can record which photo on the camera is them. That way we could match them up.

...or dont record who took which photo. We can post or e-mail the pics to everyone. Whoever does the best job of matching the phots with the box pass member who took them wins a small sampler of sticks from the grab bag bonus cigars.

Just tossin out ideas. Heck if I applied this creativity to my work today, I'd be doing pretty good. hahah

OK, back to work while the gears are still turning.

I likes the camera idea...and no names would make it a bit more interesting...then again, since we know the route, it would not be too hard to decifer...

Almost my turn...oh yeah...

Ok...after thinking a little bit more...only the person who actually takes the film to be processed will know the order of the pics...

So i say pics with no list and make it a contest...

Well, here is what we could do if everyone is game. I could get the pics developed and mix up the pics so that they are out of order. I could then scan them in and assign each one a number (not in the same order as the pass).

I could then e-mail the pics or post it on a web server (I have a little space left on my site). To ease the minds of any camera shy people, I would only give the URL to the members of the box pass unless you guys want to share with the rest of the CBID board. Since Ethan has everyone's e-mail, I could give the URL to him and he could forward on to all of you.

You guys look at the pics and tell me two things. (1)Which pic you took and (2) Which members you think correspond with the other pics. I should have some idea myself who took each pick since they will be in order when developed, but your answer to question #1 would confirm.

I then tally up the correct answers to question #2 and declare a winner. I can e-mail or post everyone's answers so that we can see how close everyone came.

Of course, since I will know who took what pic, I will not participate in the guessing. I would have tons of fun organizing the pics. My mug would still be part of the photos.

Lemmeno what you think.

Ok, choner.... you managed to finagle a few extra days with the pass.... we're all very jealous....

You better treat that pass with extra care while it makes an 'extended' stay at your place...

Enjoy your LA mini-herf w/ coma. Looking forward to a picture of the pass so we can all see what we're looking forward to!!!!
