Nice job, Ram.

Fireworks are legal in Florida. You can buy the damn things in grocery stores. And that was evident last night around midnight. d'oh!

Boom, bang, crackle, pop, boom. It eventually stopped.

Good New Years' Day morning! It's an overcast and drizzly 59° on the way to 66° today.

And quiet too.

Well I identify as XL but the textile industry doesn't respect my weight identity preferences, so yes, XXL

Layabout day here.
After a wild night of football, is it just me or is the NFL not nearly as fun?

Ham, cheesy hash browns and blueberry jello salad for lunch.

Shrimp fried rice and leftover prime rib are on tap...

Step count ain't gonna reach the goal today, unless I decide to get off the couch. Walked Tank for 2 miles this morning and maybe a half this afternoon. That's all I got in me today. fog

There are some good NFL games, but a lot of the time it just feels like the college kids put more heart into it

For me a lot of it depends on the cut. Classic / Regular or Athletic. I left the latter a few years ago so iffin’ the shirts are Athletic, I hafta order an XL.

Managed 10,500 steps so far, but only 11 minutes with an elevated HR. Meh... I'm getting old.

You’ve out stepped me so far. At about 8k. Slugging down hot chocolate and eating Christmas cookies is slowing me down.

Watching the Vikings get slapped around is as fun as watching the Cowboys get the same.

Even on my laziest days my trip to the chicken coop and back is good for 1k steps/day.

I did pretty much nothing today. Went to the coop and back a couple times, cleaned the cats litter boxes and carried those bags to the trash, toook about 4 short naps on the couch, cooked dinner that wife and kid wouldn't even try (garlic lemon shrimp with noodles - I even said don't eat the shrimps but they wouldn't try it). Still got 3k steps today.

Eyeballed the treadmill cause I know I should get some moving in but that's as far as that idea got.

Yeah all my cigars and mountains of spirits sit in the room with the treadmill. I just look at it cause it's the way of adding more tubs of cigars.
