Once I'm done with my move to Michigan, my next goal is to get my hands on one. I have a cousin that goes through a "private site", so I'm hoping that'll be my outlet. Any advice on what to go for for a first time adventure? The punch punch seems to get a lot of conversation...

If it was my 1st Cuban I would go for something from Partagas like PSD#4 or Montecristo like the #2 which are both smokes that others are judged against.

I'm in the festive mood today. I'm going to get Mojito fixins on the way home... then I am going to dig through the humidor and find that box of 2003 Monte C EL's and fire one up.

Yes they do.
I am burning my fingers on a PC, from a 07 cab. It is a shame they discontinued the 50 count Cabs. I have most of an 07 cab, a 08 cab with 2 sticks missing, and I just bought 2 dress boxes of 14s. Hopefully I can stay ahead, because these really get amazing about year 6. I am thinking about transferring the sticks from the 07 cab into my new humi, once it is seasoned, and putting the 2014 dressbox sticks into the cab for aging.

P.S. The Bolivar PC smokes pretty good young, but really get amazing with age.

I have some older CG's I could have smoked. I had to try one of these, ya know, to see what they're like. Anxious

Now these will get buried and I will smoke the older ones. And it was very good for a young'un... which means it'll just get better. Beer

Two excellent examples of two of my favorite cigars. Not have much time for Double Coronas lately, which is a shame because they are so good.

Shame Bolivars have gotten so popular. Not more than a year or two ago they were a bargain, not so much anymore.

Because of what I have been smoking, I went a little overboard ordering CCs over the last week. Last Monday, I smoked a RASS from an 08 cab, ordered another Cab. Tuesday I smoked an 07 Bolivar PC, bought 2 boxes. Yesterday I smoked an 09 Choix supreme, and bought 2 more boxes.Gonz
I am getting a bit carried away.
